After Timothy's eccentric teacher casts him as Puck in the school's production of A Midsummer Night's Dream, he stumbles upon a recipe to create the play's magical, purple love pansy. • Beautifully made, well worth viewing, good direction and cast. Like Emma mentioned nice to see a happy ending.

  • I loved this movie. The music and singing was great. The storyline was fresh and new and unlike quite a few gay movies this one had a happy ending. I now own this movie myself so I can rewatch when I need a pick-me up.

  • I like musicals, I like guys, I like magic and fantasy, I loved this film cos it ticks all the right boxes for me ?

  • Although not terrible, the Overview makes this movie sound amazing. Go in with low expectations and you will find this whimsical musical a bit silly and relatively entertaining.

  • I'm afraid the movie was a little long to me. It drags. A bonus feature on the disc is the short film it which this feature was based on ... I thought the short film was better. Due to the lengthy Shakespear dialogue much is hard to relate to. The theme and story was sweet but it didn't need the Shakespear stuff.
