The 1994 Cannes Film Festival Best Picture winner and winner of the Best Screenplay at the 1994 Academy Awards PULP FICTION has topped many Top 10 lists since its release. Quentin Tarantino's definitive motion picture achievement to date delivers an unforgettable cast of characters including a pair of low-rent hit men (JOHN TRAVOLTA and SAMUEL L. JACKSON); their boss's sexy and wilful wife (UMA THURMAN); a desperate prize fighter (BRUCE WILLIS); and the most outrageous pair of armed robbers to ever pack a rod (TIM ROTH and AMANDA PLUMMER) - in a wild mixture of explosive action and wickedly funny humour!

  • Fantastic -I had never had the chance to watch this before. I was not dissapointed. Tarantino is a one of my favourite .directors..not everyone"gets" him but I really enjoy his movies.

  • I do not understand why so many people are fascinated by this film, the main characters are gangsters, speaking violent language and using guns without hesitation, not nice people at all. At the same time, some lines of dialog are sparkling indeed but it is rather highly unlikely that any real gangsters make such brilliant exchanges. I find it rather shocking that society as a whole is fond of "entertainment" of this sort. It was not a nice experience for me, this pulp film...

  • Plenty of action I would recommend it. A good movie.

  • Great movie, a real send up of gansterdom. This is an R rated movie due, in part, to HIGH LEVEL COURSE LANGUAGE. If you don't like lots of 4 letter words in your movies DONT GET IT OUT. But save us the whinges in the reviews about how bad the language was - please!! There is also drug use - DITTO. There is also MEDIUM LEVEL VIOLENCE - DITTO. Wonderful, off beat but enjoyable characters and great script.

  • First time I've seen this film and I thoroughly enjoyed it.
