Is definately just an introductory video to her series. The dance moves were fun but not too much aerobic benefit. Good foundation for the rest of the set.

Gave this to my wife and when she had finished - to my girlfriends. It's more than a hint to the fairer sex - this DVD screams out "now is the time - do something positive for the guys". Heck - it may even push me into losing a few kilos. Nah, much easier just to watch the vid.
