Really marvellous movie, which kept me enthralled from beginning to end. The casting of the actors was outstanding and the attention to detail of the costumes was superb, showing just how much research Mel does for all his movies. What an amazing jungle setting it was with a beautiful waterfall and a rapidly flowing river. Amazing to know some of the actors were Americans, they fitted so very well in to their Indian roles.

I love this series and Kyra Sedgwick is superb in the leading role. All the other actors interact so vey well together and each episode has a really interesting and very believable story line. Great to have been able to watch them all again.

Victor is an unique, brilliant comedian who can provide non-stop entertainment and also play difficult musical pieces faultlessly. We will not see his like again.

I watched every one of the episodes in this series in the '80s and loved them all, so it is great to be able to see them all again. The 2 girls are so pretty and work wonderfully together. All the story lines are interesting and the photography of New York is amazing.

Brilliant movie I first saw in 1983 and enjoyed just as much today. All the actors are superb with Paul Newman absolutely convincing as an alcoholic has-been lawyer and the court room scenes are riveting.

Brilliant movie I have watched several times and enjoy more each time I see it. Robert Redford is fantastic in his role and the supporting actors are all wonderful. Spectacular mountain scenery adds even more to the excellence of this film.

Brilliant, very funny dialogue. Only the English can do comedy this well. All the guest appearances by famous actors are outstanding. Every episode is brilliant.

Beautiful version of the classic novel. Greer Garson and Sir Laurence are both magnificent and all the other actors are marvellous. Sparkling dialogue, gorgeous fashions and a wonderful portrayal of how very important it was in those days, for daughters to make a good marriage.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Coralie
Interesting movie, good acting by all, beautiful shots of the English countryside. The type of character studies the English do so well. Kept me interested right to the end.

Wonderful acting by Marilyn in this movie. She quite put Sir Laurence in the shade. Beautiful background filmed in the streets of London. I saw it many years ago and enjoyed it just as much now.
(Excellent) - review by Coralie
Another good action movie, interesting plot, perhaps a little unbelievable at times. I always enjoy watching Bruce Willis and his portrayal of a rather tired and weary policeman just waiting to retire was very convincing.

Won derful series, one of the best to come from America. All the actors are superb. I misssed some of the season 5 episodes, so it has been great to catch up with them now.

Interesting to see this movie again after so many years. Very young John Thaw and Dennis Waterman were good in their roles in a well written plot filmed with a great city backgound.
(Worth watching) - review by Coralie
Wonderful, touching, brilliantly acted movie. Kevin Kline was perfect in his role and all the other actors were superb, especially the lad playing the troubled teen-age son. I laughed and cried and enjoyed every second of this outstanding film.

My grandkids loved this movie and so did I. Just as wonderful as the preceding two, with plenty of laughs, lots of action and a very likeable young hero.

Wonderful series. I love all the story lines, the beautiful fashions of that time and the humour and great acting ability of the two stars, especially the young Bruce Willis. So nice to be able to watch all the episodes again. Just as enjoyable today as in 1986.

Very enjoyable, great cast, interesting plot, another excellent performance from Denzel Washington, ably backed up by a very good supporting cast. Intriguing twists and turns right up to the end.

Well deserving of all its Academy Awards this is a marvellous movie which I never grow tired of watching. Jack Nicholson is outstanding, able to portray rough humour, great affection, loyalty and love. The other actors cannot be faulted either. They are all superb.

Marvellous movie. Two of England's greatest actors, when they were at their best, portraying the story of one of England's greatest heroes. Just as enjoyable today, as when I first viewed it 40 years ago.

I have enjoyed all the Morse movies tremendously and was so pleased to see this particular one again. What a great finale to a spectacular series! All the actors have been outstanding and all the plots so interesting. Very sad to know there will be no more.

Another very good effort from Harrison Ford. Exciting plot and very enjoyable to watch how intriguing security barriers in the bank had to be breached. I found the very complicated computer problems and how they were solved most interesting. All the actors playing the family members were also very good.

My grand kids loved it and I must say I enjoyed it too. Plenty of action, unusual plot and always good to see a little loser become a hero after a lot of tribulation.

Great family action movie. My son and grand-son both thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of wonderful gadgets and non-stop action kept them both enthralled until the end.

Beautifully photographed in the wonderful Snowy Mountains area, with good parts played by all the actors, but a bit slow moving and with a quite unsatisfactory ending. Not as good as I was expecting it to be after all the great write-ups, but I did enjoy the haunting music played throughout.
(Worth watching) - review by Coralie
Very enjoyable but not as good as the great old black and white version. Quite scary and well done in parts but a bit unbelievable in others. The beautiful house made a wonderful setting for all the mystery and suspense.

Another great Bond film. Timothy Dalton is terrific in this role. Loved the action scenes involving that beautiful gadget-filled car. Good plot and wonderful acting by heroes and villains alike.

Brilliant film with Denzel Washington at his superb best. Mexico City was a magnificent setting for this non-stop action movie, with great support from all the other interesting actors.

My small grand-daughter loves all these stories. She knows all the names of the ponies and always watches each tale twice, with all her own "ponies" gathered around her.
(Excellent) - review by Coralie
This is a terrific series with very little violence and each episode has a wonderful story. The 2 main actors inter-act with each other so well and I love the wolf with his marvellous personality. Great good to be able to see all these episodes once more.

A really good historically correct account of the tragic expedition to the South Pole. I saw it many years ago and enjpyed it just as much today. All the actors were terrific and the terrible hardships the party suffered in their last days in the snow were so very realistically portaryed.
(Excellent) - review by Coralie
A well written and presented version of that most tragic day's events. The confusion and turmoil in the airport control towers was clearly shown and the depiction of the bravery of the passengers on flight 93 must have gone a long way towards helping all their relatives cope with their great loss.
(Worth watching) - review by Coralie
My small grand daughter loves all these tales. She gathers all her "My Little Ponies" around her and watches each one utterly absorbed until the end.

I enjoyed seeing this movie just as much as I did many years ago. All the actors are marvellous and it is historically a very good depiction of events. Wonderful to see how the producer made 300 actual Zulu warriors look like thousands.

Very interesting movie with plenty of action. Kurt Russell is outstanding in this part and all the other actors were great. It shows very well the utter destruction of parts of Los angeles at that time.

Nice romantic movie, with the man of my teen-age dreams, Clark Gable, in his element with two beautiful women. Beautiful shots of the African landscape and many of its animals included. Perhaps a bit out-dated now, but I really enjoyed it.

Oh Steven!..how could you produce and star in such a weak, lack-lustre movie. The dialogue was terrible and the action scenes quite unbelievable. Not at all up to your other really enjoyable movie roles.

My favourite Mr. Suave in another great action movie, with lots of nail-biting scenes. The new Alcatraz was a very interesting setting and was very well filmed throughout.

A beautiful movie about beautiful animals, very well filmed, but quite heart-breaking to see just how cruelly some of these magnificent creatures were treated. Enjoyed very much by my grand-children, who have never had the opportunity to see a horse up close, never mind actually pat one.
(Excellent) - review by Coralie
Good to watch this movie again. Most of the added scenes were very interesting, although some could have been omitted. I well remember the mood of the times in the 60's and the futility of this war is clearly shown in the stark reality of this film.
