If there was one place that would have loved to visit in my lifetime would be the Great Library of Alexandria , but alas due to religious incursions this priceless piece of history was lost forever. What books were lost and destroyed in this made us go through the Dark Ages without any wisdom but fortunately we had people like Leonardo De Vinci and others with gifted minds who got us where we are today and even though the great mind of Hypatia of Alexandra was lost in this epic, in such horrible circumstances , it is a reminder that science and religion do not mix well in any cultures if nothing is done to stop it at the beginning.

This was very interesting story of 2 people drawn together in past and present circumstances and the learning of faith and love against all odds is ongoing and ever changing in their lives.

This had it all about a woman's supposed marriage partner turning out to be some one completely psychotic and paves the way for some ladies to be more careful in choice of boyfriends etc and to having nothing hidden as will all be revealed later in life. very good film and recommended

An interesting take on who is doing the hiring of Assassination marksman and the lengths taken to not reveal their identities. Very well made and throughly recommended.

Found this movie absorbing and interesting refreshing movie about a man who had contracted Cancer and his way of dealing with it, his family, his friends and people whom he helped all played part as well, thoroughtly enjoyed

A very good movies showing the intrigues of South East Asia prior to Japanese bombing of Pearl Harbour etc ... the acting was excellent and well recommended for viewing...

This was an interesting if somewhat violent movie which showed the aspects of one mans quest for vengeance on those who sought to kill him and the consequences of his actions. Very entertaining and well worth a look into the French underworld ..

This movie was interesting enough to still show the battleground between good and evil doings in current days. A new actor working with Van Damme shows potential ....

This movie found most interesting and photography and scenery superb even though some scenes brutal and blood curdling, the story line gave some aspect to days of conquest of foreign lands and the intrigues of past still found compelling viewing and recommended

As the movie rating suggests is slow moving at first, but undertone of violence always present and has a dark side of Russian gangster practices and the harsh realities of their brotherhood to keep matters secret from prying eyes of an investigator played by Naomi Watts trying to trace the whereabouts of a victim in her hospital. Well worth the rating and would recommend

A newer version of similar story several years ago , but with the same deadly intent and gregariousness. Lots of action and well worth the look, some of the acting a little below par, but passable

One of the better recent Mel Gibson movies and more in character for him , the action was intense and full on and the cast very good , had plenty of action and no real slow spots. thoroughly recommended

Was a little slow at times to follow the action but once into movie found interesting and absorbing enough to warrant watching all the way through

This movie highlighted the exploits of Australian soldiers in 2nd World war and what they had to face , their fears, their choices at time and eventual outcome. A hard look at what military life was all about ... recommmended

A somewhat different story of outback Australia and the aboriginal race with stories of their dream time and of the intricate way plot was woven and told to suit modern day audiences. Well done and recommended

Another movie from Marvel Comics putting them onto screen movies and was another excellent story and plot. Luv them all as was a comic book fan of Marvel for years.. Recommended.

This sci-fi movies shows what can happen on weekend if not fully alert at all times to things around you and to use basic commonsense to get out of situations and was thoroughly enjoyable. Good performances by all.

Another excellent performance by Rowan Atkinson with his spoof on Spies in general and thoroughly enjoyable.....
