It was pretty great in all areas, except grossly lacking in the acting department. The girls did a decent job but the guys, especially the Aang actor have a lot of brushing up to do, they failed to convince me any of the movie was real. It felt like the really struggling to convince themselves of any of it and as a result it was painful to watch sometimes.
However the story and specials effects managed to salvage it somewhat, only 3 stars for me though. The acting was a huge letdown.

Amazing film, and a much more likely reality of superheroes if they ever existed. Hauntingly epic.

All round very good movie, only thing lacking to me was bit on the story line. Wouldn't have hurt to have actually shown the hardships Dustan went through as an Orphan living on the streets to help the audience really feel for the character's plight.
