a bit slow in parts, but really relevant. A good ethical story.

Amusing but don't expect a lot of laughs. Just a bit unusual really.

Well produced movie. Found the content and context disturbing. Who thinks of this stuff??

A couple of very funny moments by supporting cast but the protagonists were boring. Not a very funny movie at all. Wanted to turn it off before half way.
great cast, great lines. Kids watched this almost every day for 2 weeks. good for adults too.

lots of fun! Tom Cruise was surprisingly good. If you grew up in the 80s you should enjoy this movie

McConaghey does his best with a predictable script and some b-grade performances. Nonetheless, watchable.

Great expectations fall flat. Few funny moments and a lot tamer than the adverts and others had suggested.

Very funny moments. Credits to Jason Segel & Emily Blunt for their comedic performances.

Very enjoyable movie, but lacked climax. Left feeling a bit empty, not unlike the title character. Michelle Williams and Kenneth Branagh were brilliant.

Not one of Depp/Burton's best by far. Some funny moments but few and far between.
Disappointing effort.
my kids couldn't stop watching it and we still have the songs in our head!

fans wont be disappointed

Definitely a great change for Aussie movies. Made us laugh, made us cry. Excellent.

Bit of fun. Different from Iron Man and Captain America (Thor is a mythological character) but still had the essence of comic book hero. Chris Hemsworth was surprisingly good in the role.

Not great but some funny moments
Only for the fans.
My husband enjoyed this more than the kids. I guess you have to grow up with the show to appreciate it.
Not bad. Not as good as Iron Man though. Some cheesy moments but you have to remind yourself that it is based on a comic book.

My kids are in love with this movie!!
Great for fans who are familiar with Shakespeare's Romeo & Juliet - lots of references.
Also great for fans of old school Elton John love songs.
Fun movie.

Not a bad movie. Not for prudes.

I dare say better than the first.

Fans of Adam Sandler movies will enjoy this.

great for the effects, but the sappy love story was so cheesy and bad.

Not as good as the first but full of funny surprises.

very much the same formula as the other 3 POTC, with a little less effort. Not my favourite. I feel there may be another one in the works to complete link the storyline together.

disturbing content, great acting and directing.

Good story with some surprising laughs. Very Coen bros.

By far the funniest characters are Queen Latifah and the guy who plays Zip. Credit to Jennifer Connelly also. Seen better from Vince Vauhn and Kevin James.
Story has potential but doesn't quite make it.

A great installment in the Shrek series!

surprisingly funny and with a bit more heart than I would have expected.

typical Disney story, but great effects.

Cheesy. The book is so much better. Stellar cast so worth a look.

terrible movie. Cannot take Stallone seriously with all that botox. Best parts are the use of knives as weapons for a change, Jason Statham, Mickey Rourke for some acting credibility and the return of Dolph Lundgren.
a really interesting insight. worth a look.
Jesse Eisenberg is excellent in his portrayal of Mark Zuckerberg.
Confirms that there is no friendship where money is concerned.

ridiculous movie. terrible casting. some laughs if you are in the right mood.
Not really for the little kiddies as the humour is much more directed towards adult knowledge. Worth watching. A bit of fun.

Awesome effects, story line that keeps you guessing. Credit to the people who created this movie

Without Cam Diaz providing the humour this movie would be rubbish
consistent with previous instalments
(Worth watching) - review by D
Keeps generally well to the book, except for a few points (Dad and brothers story non-existent). Cam Diaz not my pick to play the mother. Hated the first 10-15 minutes but after that its ok and strong tear jerky moments towards the end. Great acting by the young girls.
The book was better.

A good clean inspiring story

Interesting. Ben Mendlesohn excellent. Something lost between the script and the direction resulting in lack of punch.
Really only for the fans. Some comical moments but too few.
