Engrossing tale of an old cop and a new cop (again) chasing after a serial killer who is keen to punish the Seven Deadly Sins. Morgan Freeman at his best. A surprise ending!

The oustanding special effects in this movie don't prevent us becoming involved with the ordinary people facing annihilation by enormous forces. Spielberg still has it!

Clint does a good job of re-creating the strange character that director John Huston was, in this one while making "The African Queen." Partly filmed in Zimbabwe.

Well told, as you'd expect of a Ron Howard movie and captures the Depression period quite well. Only occasionally succumbs to the predictable for this sort of film. Zelwegger convincing, Crowe the man of integrity and the "Max Baer" opponent really hateable!

Very unusual format, hard to get into. Cleverly directed with continuous take. if you're patient...

Some good story telling of Ike's role in WWII. Ike's relationship with Kay Summersby sanitised-he did become President later!! Duvall is Duvall, not Ike.

Beautifully mounted and acted. Great blending of the personal and political battles Churchill faced. A must for Churchill-philes.

Well-researched detail re the great General's behaviour, captured quite well by Peck. Some telescoping/editing of events inevitably occurs. Good production values.
