I was expecting hot cars, hot chicks and a simple story line. What I got was an over played story line, and not much fun in terms of car racing and the like. Not entertaining.

Quite an interesting movie, liked the twist and characters.

Syriana is a highly political film, you really need to be switched on and paying attention when you watch it or it'll go over your head. Defintely not a movie for a rainy afternoon in which was what I was after.

What made this movie bad was that the voice overs for the characters had some what fake tones and expressions making thet quality of the movie worse than it actually is.

This is a highly entertaining movie. I was not once bored - and that's a big praise from me. It has the perfect mixture of love story, action and crime and having not seen the first Spiderman yet, it's still easy to follow - loved it.

Didn't enjoy this movie. It is boring to begin with and boring to end with. Didn't draw me in & I thought the key point wasn't expressed very well. The only thing that kept me watching was lovely Orlando Bloom.

A simple movie in storyline. Excellent music and hot cars is what makes this movie go off. Fulfils its goal of showing off those two items very well.

This movie conjures up emotions of anger and sadness at the reality of racism and the like in society. I think it ends rather weakly & is dragged on for a bit too long; otherwise it would have been excellent.

An excellent movie. Felicity Huffman plays a convincing role. Gives an interesting insight into the life of a transsexual with little twists and interesting diversions along the way. A simple movie in plot but complex, engaging and interesting in terms of the themes explored.

Found some sections of the movie too dull for my liking. Still a good movie, enjoyable but does not live up to the novel.

Defintely a movie to be watched. Different. Combination of drama, love, violence, mystery... and the list goes on. Brilliantly done.

I found this movie to be surprisingly entertaining. It's not really a typical romace movie, the curve balls thrown gives an interesting and surprising edge to the film. I would say it's a perfect watch for a mindless afternoon in.

A classic war story told from the other side. The way the story is told is captivating, and the detective/investigative nature of the film keeps you guessing & never bored.

Birth is courageous in exploring daring and not often talked about topics. The film verges on uneasy paedophilia and the woman’s insanity. I found it to be very twisted and dark, almost creepy. I found the boy quite annoying, and the lack of dialogue bore me at times. Overall, I liked this film for exploring the unknown but it left a lot to be desired.

I found that the first half of the movie was more comedic related, and the second half of the movie more strongly attributed to the romance in this romantic comedy. I expected a lot more laughs out of this movie and found it to be more wacky than hilarious. Overall, I did enjoy this movie as it allows you to switch off the brain for the two hours. I would recommend.

Reading the novel was initiative for me to watch this movie. A splendid tale of trials, tribulation, and finding one’s self all in a beautiful and mysterious setting. The movie fails to draw out the intense emotions that it had the opportunity to do. I felt that its depth was fairly superficial in terms of how much further into the emotions and journey it could have went. I felt that the beginning of the movie wasn’t clearly set and those who did not read the novel would miss out on a lot of the context but, overall, it was a fantastic movie, good for a rainy day in but would not win any awards.

Didn't enjoy this movie in the slightest - Didn't find it comical in the least - Boring.

This is an incredible movie. Compelling from the first 30 seconds and all through out. A movie about real courage and no woman should miss out on seeing it. The best movie I've seen in a long time.

I actually found most of the movie to be rather dull. The whole investigation and running around for the first three quaters of the movie left me rather uninterested. However, once the twist kicks in and thereafter left me captivated and wanting more.

This action comedy was very enjoyable, they've spruced a basic storyline and chucked in evil robots and other high tech stuff. The 'who dunnit' gets you riveted until the very end.

I found this movie to be very boring. The story line was weak and not written very well. Although a "nice" story, I really didn't appreciate it in any other way.

Not your typical romantic comedy. This film didn't bore me, nor did it interest me. It was very mediocre in most aspects. Interesting to see a film diverge away from cliche romances, but all said and done, this film was nothing more than "OK".

I expected more from this movie. It was too long to make it worth watching. The numerous battle scenes with aerial shots and over dramatised music got me bored and spaced out. Brad Pitt played a convincing role, but other than that, a really dismal and boring movie.

Compelling acting. Fast moving and intriguing movie until the end. Felt the ending could have been better, but overall was a good film.

A gripping and extraordainary tale about the wrath of nature. The performances were good and I found that it wasn't too slow moving with a good twist thrown in every so often.

A brilliant movie. I would give it 3 and a 1/2 stars if I could. One of Sandler's best. Gets you laughing one minute and a lump in your throat the next. A warming story and at the same time an unforgettable comedy.

The only bits I liked were the beginning and end. I found most of the movie to be very dull, predictable towards the end and a bit too long for my liking. More suited towards mature audiences.

One of J Lo's better films, but I struggle to understand how this film became US # 1. A very basic plot, predictable outcome, good but not great. Light entertainment as it can be expected.

The music is excellent, the dancing is top notch, and Jessica Alba is HOT. A lovely movie with heart and moves!

A really cute movie. The storyline of course is predictable, but the silliness and fun along the way is worth the watch.

A film with a brilliant and unusual concept. The elaborated cat and mouse scenes got me a bit bored towards the middle. Predictable plot line... still a good movie if you're after something different.

I expected much more from this movie and unfortunately it didn't deliver. I expected a better story line and more so, I expected it to be more funny. Disappointing. Have come to expect more from Ben Stiller.

This movie is perfect for a light entertaining afternoon in. I thought that it was a bit too long. It's defintely one of those predictable romantic comedys. There were some likeable scenes with idiotic humour, but besides that there is not much to be liked.
