I loved the original Karate Kid film and was quite disappointed with this Kungfu Kid remake. The kid in this one seemed too young which made the bully fight scenes extra brutal and the girlfriend scenes just silly. Would rather watch Ralph Macchio and Mr Miyagi any time!

This movie is unlike anything I've ever seen, extremely harrowing scenes broken up by odd musical interludes. I found it quite hard to watch, though am intrigued by it to some extent. It does make an impression and viewers are likely to love it or hate it with a passion!

A thought provoking journey through life which shows so many complexities of the human spirit - triumphant but tragic, brilliant but stupid, selfish but thoughtful. This movie will remain with me for a very long time.

I am fascinated by this series and have been following it for many many years. Highly recommended for anyone interested in human nature or reality tv.

Started out intriguing and I thought it was going to be really good, but the movie dragged on, became predictable and I was disappointed by the end.

I'm not normally hugely into sci-fi movies - but i loved this - absolutely brilliant! I only wish I'd seen it at the movies in 3D!

This movie really surprised me - it is incredibly well written and all the actors put in wonderful performances which made it really believable and powerful. I knew very little about this movie so was stunned by how the story unfolded and was fascinated by the complexities of the characters and their inter relationships. Loved it, loved it, loved it!!!!!!

I do like a good old fashioned, big skirted romance and this didn't disappoint. Really enjoyed this movie and also learnt a bit of history too - excellent!

I was really disappointed with this movie, it wasn't that funny nor clever. It also wasn't very original - it had elements of both Ghost and Ghost Whisperer. I found this movie quite slow and boring.

This movie really worked for me - it was well acted and approached a serious topic in a very effective way.

Not bad - my son lost interest in it part way through, although he tuned in again at the ending. I think we've been spoilt watching some excellent animation lately including Up and this isn't quite on that level.

As a mum with young kids, I don't think I quite match the target market for this movie - but I absolutely loooveeed it and can't wait to see the next one! Now I know what those younger girls at work have been raving about!

Bizarre - this movie didn't work for me - very slow moving too, was tempted to turn it off but persevered to the end - hated it!

Think Nightmare on Elm Street in animation! Okay that is a bit of an exaggeration - but it is a very creepy story. I wasn't fully into this movie, but I did admire the wonderful animation.

A very clever but rather sinister story. This movie definitely makes you think and requires some concentration but it certainly is worth it!

Very corny and some rather dodgy singing (oh dear - Pierce Brosnan!) - but it was a bit of fun. Definitely one for the girls - my husband refused to watch it! Ok to watch if you want something light and fluffy and feel like a good laugh!

A dark and gripping tale - Jodie Foster is excellent. Worth watching for the great characterisation and build up - though I wasn't too keen on the ending.

Another beautiful Pixar movie - funny in some parts and quite emotional in others. An odd little story but very enjoyable. I think everyone who watches it may get something different out of it - one for all ages! Definitely worth watching.

Good fast paced, action packed thriller. Not entirely an original idea - have seen similar movies before, but nevertheless well executed with some good performances. Worth a look.

Thumbs up from the whole family! 4 year old launched himself around the room pretending he had rocket feet and husband who is an Astroboy fan from way back both loved it! Great family movie!

I enjoyed this movie - yes the storyline is predictable, but there was some good dancing and for a boy meets girl type of a movie it really wasn't bad.

I loved the original Fame series - but this movie version of Fame was lame! I normally like these types of movies, but it was boring and the storyline was wishy washy. If you liked the original...don't bother watching this!

Fascinating! Michael's musical genius and attention to detail really shines. Everyone involved in the production - including the dancers, producers, musicians and singers put their hearts and souls into it - it would have been an incredible show...just a shame it was never to be. Watching this is bitter sweet but well worth it. Don't miss the special features!
