It's a theme we've seen before but with a slight twist. I thought all the actors were great and it was a pretty enjoyable film.

It's a sweet drama with a little humour and a twist. We know the ending to these films but both Sandra Bullock and Keanu Reeves make it enjoyable to watch.

Good cast. Dakota Fanning is great. I found it a bit slow to get where it was going. It kind of only half satisfied me. I thought the ending was an odd choice considering it let down the major story line.

Before I watched this I couldn't imagine Tom Cruise in this role. Don't be blinded by the negative press he get's. He was amazing. It had me on the edge of my seat, a real nail biter at times. It was also very moving and a real eye opener about the 'real' men in this story. A good solid drama.

I passed on seeing this in the cinema thinking it would be a load of tripe. How wrong I was! Over 2 hours of story, action, subtle laughs and just great fun. I think people can get too caught up in their heads when watching movies like - relax and enjoy the fantasy. I wasn't familiar with director Bryan Singer but by the end I thought he was a genius. He had a lot going against him... come on - bringing back Superman! No one can replace Christopher Reeves but I don't believe Brandon Routh is trying to. Brandon Routh was strong, manly, pensive and brought subtlety to the character (that I think a lot of people missed). Kate Bosworth was good but not my choice for L.Lane. Parker Posey is hilarious. Kevin Spacey is creepy (a good thing). James Marsden is becoming a fave of mine. Sam Huntington as Jimmy was brilliant. This has become one of my favourite films. Sam Huntington

I loved this. Edward Burns is a genius. He can deliver a standard storyline but with a difference. I wouldn't have picked these actors to play the couples they did but it worked.
