Good acting, good story. Liked the beginning best and the conclusion is very satisfying but dragged on in tedium for the middle. Interesting; 3 stars from me.

Does not deserve 3 star rating!! OK doco. Pretty and magnificent and informative; taught me stuff about whales I didnt know, but plenty else like it out there.

I just couldnt sit thru this, too neurotic. Who cares?

I kept thinking about this movie, the charactors were so full and satisfying and the story could have gone on any tangent or it could have been melodrama predictable but it did neither. It is a subtle, nuanced, warm and involving movie about closed people opening up to relationship. Loved it.

Interesting with a dreamlike pace. I couldnt sit thru it tho, anime is not my thing.

Fantastic black comedy. Dual story lines coming together intriguingly. The gore was not the least bit gratuitous but the perfect rage against Nazism to counteract the flippant humor. Very Turrantino. Very good!

Enjoyed this. Bit pedantic in places, seemed to be stuffed full of filler but a good romp overall.

Kinda feels like made for TV. I love 'cowboy' movies. Good actors, very traditional type of western but with the focus of the emotional life of the times which was quite different and I strong female role too.

Great story, great characters, thoughtful and celebrating diversity. I loved it.

The series was awesome. This is slight in comparison but still so affecting that I cried often.

Good yarn, seems to go on forever but multiple story lines, historical setting and great actors make it memorable.

Soft, telly version of this true event. Good enough watch, left a few interesting details out. Book is more riveting but this is a good enough watch.

Didnt go where I wanted it to just kinda meandered in the end. Nice trip tho! getting into the head (and music) of these legends.

Pretty good. Themes my 7/8 yr old empathised with. Crammed alot of storyline in the 2nd half which almost lost her attention but had an action packed finished that made her cry with sad happiness (for the first time in a movie!)

Wow! I loved the story alot, great sci-fi premise. I dont like horror and this had me cringing with my stomach in knots constantly! I think it really breaks ground..it was introduced doco style. Gritty, shocking, triumphant, fantastic!

I was blown away by the style of this movie. It was so naturalistic, I've never had quite this experience, it was almost like reality TV! I loved the story, loved the actors. It was thoughtful and...wise.

This doesn't pretend to be a comedy! It is a drama, a gritty and moving one about a mate rescuing another mate from an abyss of grief. It gives its secrets inch by inch. One of my fav movies ever.

What an extraordinary story! First 20mins I'm thinking 'this is boring, where is this going'? And then the story unfolds and keeps unfolding. Masterful story telling, poignant sound track. Incredible, awful truth-is stranger-than-fiction tale.

Very busy storyline, bit much really, too complex for kids under 8 I'd say. Fantastic musical numbers!

Barely worth watching. I guess these guys present a believable story but its kinda depressing, even the humour.

This is a stinker. Loose boring story, too much talking not enough action and the script and actors are stilted. And Dinotopia 1 was so great! What a shame they didnt use the same people for this one.

Just as good as the animated version. The charactors all have distinct identities. It is sad, funny and poignant.

Mesmerising! Slow start with terrible acting as they try to 'act' like ordinary and naieve folk of England. Watts never quite redeems herself but luckily everyone else is stunningly focussed and brings to life the double life of Russian mafia in London.

Had potencial with great actors, songs and inspired choeography and interpretation; but got bogged down being overly arty and just became wearisome and confusing. Too long, couldnt be bothered watching to the end.
