This movie was a waste of time, the character for Tom Cruise was badly done. About the invaders, more could be elaborated about their intentions, for example the Red Weeds. Studying us for so long before deciding to invade, I mean what is the intention of this?

Did not liked it one bit, too much gore. I liked the part where Don had to flee and leave his wife behind, the struggle that he has to go through and what he had to tell his children later on.
However the story started to go downhill from there on.

This got to be one of the best Australian production ever! For people who are still in denial about "The stolen generation", they should watch this.
The resourcefulness of young Molly, her bravery and determination to have her freedom is admirable.
I watched this with my seven year old, and apparently he is shocked beyond all words that back in those days children are kidnapped and the white culture forced down their throat.
