A foreign film with sub-titles, can't recommend it because I was trying to do my ironing while watching, and the need to read subtitles means you can't do anything else. Would not recommend

Enjoyable action movie - always the same plot but good acting and it entertained me.

Really enjoyed this historic piece. Well worth watching.

Enjoyed the movie even though it's been done to death by other films. Always amusing and one more unexpected move just around the corner.

Wow i wish that actors would get their accents right for the whole movie not just parts - Ewan your accent stinks, Pierce your accent and your acting stink. Wouldn't recommend this movie to anyone except an enemy

Pierce Brosnan can not act - I don't know why I bothered to get this movie because it reinforces my belief that he is a pathetic actor. Every character he plays is exactly the same - The Thomas Crown Affair to the Death Train. YUK

I am sick to death of these phoney intellectual movies on people's problems coping with life. Joyce was a writer but not a fabulous person... Get over it.

This movie kept me on the edge of my seat. Very good acting and good plot, a good twist at the end.

Unfortunately the rather poor Irish accents from Mr Brosnan were quite off putting. The acting wasn't that great either. The story was a true one but could have been presented much better. Fairly dismal in total.

Gee whiz - the acting in this was so terrible and so unbelievable. How could Pierce Brosnan lower himself to this level.

I am sick to death of watching movies where you can't figure out what is going on. Even when the ending explains it, you still sit there saying, I'll never get that wasted time of my life back. What an absolute waste of time, money, scripts, acting.

Good acting which kept me interested for the whole film.

Had seen this on TV already, the story is very old hat, but the acting was okay. Wouldn't bother recommending it to people as it's just the same story as previous movies.

A total disappointment - very old dialogue, very old plot and the visuality just didn't make up for the extremely old hat story plus the DVD kept stopping, sticking and not playing properly

An excellent film on life in an aboriginal settlement and the problems they face and have to overcome to live in white society. Very thought provoking.

Brad Pitt is appalling as the Southern Yank - his accent is terrible and the plot is very far fetched. Made me think that I would never watch another Brad movie.

Really enjoyed this mini-series and watched it for several nights in a row which is unusual for me. Helen Mirren is really good and so believable.

A thought provoking documentary which definitely showed "Ali" in a new light and demonstrated his intelligence, word power and the ability to be charismatic and draw you in. Even though I knew he won the fight, I did not know how he did it so it was really interesting to watch and I thoroughly enjoyed the whole show.

The film had subtitles which didn't syncronise with the faces. It was just the usual plot and I've seen a version done in English already which was better. Wouldn't bother to watch this again as it was pretty old hat.

This was an excellent "kiddie's movie", with no violence, sex or scenes that could be embarrassing. A simple plot but even though I am not a child anymore, I thought it was really cute and didn't mind watching it at all.

Absolutely loved the movie. Kevin never disappoints when he's playing quirky characters and the twist at the end is funny. Really enjoyable but there is violence in it so it might not be suitable for under 18's.

A swashbuckling tale of Australian myth and legend. Although predictable, the cast seemed to have a good time playing the parts and it was enjoyable but not startling.

An uncomfortable film where you wanted to beat up the lead actor for being such an idiot. Guess he kind of turned around in the end but I didn't enjoy the movie very much - too violent and too close to the mark

Iniatially hard to get into but once I sat through the first 20 minutes, it kept me intrigued. Different role for George Clooney - not his usual suave stuff. Enjoyed because it was different and the ending was quite unpredictable.

After all the beat up for the reviews, I was expecting something really good. Having been in India, it's true to life (but without the putrid smells) and the movie was just average and a bit disappointing.

Even though I had read the book, I still found this movie gripping. Great acting, good plot and the story line makes you cry.

I didn't guess the plot until the very end. Held me on my seat but awfully violent. Does this mean we are becoming more desensitised to violence?

Very convoluted plot but succeeded in surprising me at the end. Highly violent and wouldn't want any young kids to watch it.

Totally absorbing. The amount of hate generated in this movie would fuel the world's economy for another 10 years. Brilliant performances.

Based on a true story, this was gripping theatre with fabulous acting and a heart wrenching ending.

My recommendation - don't bother wasting your time.

I really just think this film missed the point. As an adutl comedy, it is meant to entertain, make you laugh and the time passes quickly. The movie was predictable and just dragged on. No laughs from this person.

This is a typical stereotype Bruce Willis film but it was still very enjoyable and holds you on the edge of your seat until the end even though you know he will be the hero once again.

I wish I had seen this movie first before Hannibal because it really set the scene up well. Very good and very enjoyable.

Chopper was a really down to earth movie. I think the acting was superb and because it actually stuck to the truth, it was pretty confronting. Chopper is really a psychopath and it shows up well with his lack of feelings about blowing people away.

Well it really is a children's movie. What more could you expect?

Enjoyed this pretty predictable plot but the acting was okay - nothing startling, nothing tremendous but it was an easy watch.

I felt this was just another same old same old movie. I didn't even bother watching it until the end as I thought it was pretty boring. Acting well - it was passable but nothing terrific.

I just love this film, every time I see it, I still laugh at the corny jokes and the fabulous music makes me want to sing and dance. Love it, love it, love it.

When the sky falls. The sound quality switching from whispering, to yelling, to talking normally meant that you have to continuously change the volume on your TV to actually hear what is being said. I gave up after one hour as it was so slow that it felt painful to watch and equally painful to try to listen to scrappy dialogue jumping from an Irish (pretend) accent back to English accent. Pretty awful film

This movie was so incredibly boring for the first 20-30 minutes, I watched and waited, and watched and waited. A complete disappointment.
