nice orginal idea and was fairly beliveable.
if you have ever felt like scary stuff could be going in in those creepy old motels this makes you belive! I mean think about it how do all those old motels keep making money when they have no guests????
Its realistic because the people in the movie just look like ordinary people who are a bit sick in the head
