Superb central idea.
Fantastic character portrayals that really convey aspects of love, relationships and memories.
My only qualms are with the disjointed nature of most of the film. Whilst this method of presentation certainly assists in illustrating the mindset of the characters and the procedure that is occurring I found it to have a bit of an emotional detaching effect. I found the ending to be very strong and emotionally engaging and it really left me wanting the middle section to have been just a little less "stream of consciousness".
Best watched when you can give it the full attention that it deserves otherwise it'll become slightly overwhelming.

Overall this effort is just disappointing.
It is a little bit sad when Rob Sneider's small part is the funniest thing in the movie.
Adam Sandler comes across as just being out and out obnoxious. It's a shame since I generally like most of his other movies.
For die hard Sandler fans only.

I really wanted to love this movie but unfortunately there is just not enough there to love.
Jim Carey provides some good laughs. The set designs are beautiful and somewhat "Burton-esque" The children actors are solid and likeable.
There is just a lack of cohesive compelling story.
Essentially comprised of a handful of very distinct chapters. The movie suffers from these individual mini-stories lacking tension and drama and no real compelling overall story arc to tie it all together and hold the viewers interest. This is a shame as there is lot of potential and fertile ground to be explored here.

The good news is that it's by no means horrible. Unfortunately though it's just a little bland. There are a few chuckles and smiles but it's all fairly predictable.
It actually resembles 40 Year Old Virgin but with out the edgy humour.

More of the same from Will Farrell. Which means there are several gut busting laughs to be had amongst all of the stupidity. If you have seen one of his previous movies that is the best judgement of what to expect from this. Though that being said it is not as good as Anchorman.

In need of some editing to tighten things up a bit. Actors do the best with what they are given but the dialogue is a bit clunky at times.
Overall a visual pleasure and sound entertainment for several hours.

Solid, workmanlike effort from all involved.
Less comedy and more straight up drama than the trailer would have you believe.

The ultimate film for those who love action set pieces.
Essentiallly back to back action sequences tied together with a bare minimum of dialogue and story scenes.
Very violent with a heavy emphasis on shooting (hence the name) it never the less is amusing in the absurdity of what is taking place.

Not a romantic comedy in the modern sense of the term. I would place it as a drama with romantic overtones and comedic elements.
With that being said it is a very worthy film and the well defined characters still hold up very well.

A remarkable documentary in many ways. It is not often that you get someone of this stature discussing their views in such a manner.
This film will be of more interest to those who lived through the era and especially history buffs.
It does sort of leave you with the feeling that there is a huge body of information that was informing the decision making at the time that we still know nothing about. That is what I would personally wanted to find out about.

Well worth viewing for fans of this form of comedy. Whilst it didn't provide any real moments of gut-busting hilarity it certainly keeps you smiling all of the way through with plenty of chuckles.

Worth watching. Very solid workman-like effort. Pretty much what you would expect. Man is good at job. Man is falsely accused. Man must find/stop bad guys to clear his name. Whilst there is nothing spectacular about this, I'd be hard pressed to say too much against it.

Very likeable movie which happens to be family friendly (It is Disney after all). There is a nice long stretch of the movie which focus purely on the dogs which works well. To be honest I wished for more dogs and less humans. The human characters and actors are solid which is all one can hope for given the type of movie. The scenery is fantastic and all the more impressive for being on Blu-Ray. Of interest is the a scene which has one of the best executed "Boo" moments I've seen for quite a while.

It saddens me to say that I was a little disappointed.
While there are laughs to be had I was really hoping for some hilarity rather than occasional mild amusement. Mr Burns is criminally under utilised and I was just left with an overall sense of underwhelming which is a pity as I really wanted it to work.

Stunning visuals and excellent story. The movie has a beautiful dark, menacing tone interwoven with wonder, defiance and courage. I wish I could understand spanish so I could appreciate it as intended. Even though I don't mind subtitles there is no doubt that it does diminish the impact of a movie.

Excellent performances from the cast. Very well developed characters and a realistic plot that stays well clear of chliches.Thoroughly likeable and well worth seeing. One of the stand out movies of it's genre.

The movie sits more as a mystery, drama than as a thriller or horror. Not unlike CSI. The story is focused on the individuals involved in the investigation to identify the identity of the Zodiac killer. The Director has deliberately avoided focusing on or glorifying the killer which I found to be refreshing and interesting.
It is interesting to ponder how the actions of one psychotic (the Zodiac) can result in the deterioration and destruction of so many lives.

Excellent performances from the actors. Very sharp and witty dialogue and some stunning clothing worn by Grace Kelly (pity the relatively poor picture quality in respect to today's standard). But if nothing else this film is a master class in visual communication. Every frame has a purpose and serves to educate the viewer. The tension is built slowly and steadily for the final scenes.
It would be fair to say the impact of the film is lessened by the many thrillers that have come after it. Perhaps the weakest part of the film is the Suspect who really lacks a presence of fear or intimidation.
Still a must see.

A frustrating plot development in the final 1/3 of the movie takes the lustre of what was a very good film.
Still definitely worth watching, particularly for the beautiful visuals and excellent mounting tension of the first half.
I really want to kick the director for ruining something that was so good.
Not suitable for people expecting lots of action.

Very solid effort. A little bit clunky at the beginning (especially some of the dialogue from Diaz) but it finds its feet and finishes strongly. While not earth shatteringly good or ground breaking it is definitely worthwhile viewing for fans of the genre.

Both the original 28 days, and this movie have been interesting studies on human behaviour. This movie could almost be sub-titled "When try to save other people is a bad thing". It's also a pretty good zombie movie with lots of running chasing, biting and scratching. Oh and blood...

Probably one of the most appropriately titled movies this year.
No need to bother with Character development, plot or morals just sit back and watch the killing. Quite enjoyable for what it is.

Interesting movie that will fall into the love it or hate it category. Lovers of dark comedy will appreciate it the most. Fantastic performance from Pierce of a morally bankrupt, socially degenerate & inept hitman.

Worth viewing. Essentially a road movie with the main characters navigating their way through an England that has devolved into Civil war (modelled on Nazi Germany). Well realised characters with interesting side notes on government, activism and Human Nature.
