Good story, supported by strong effects as Peter struggles to reconcile the past, the future with his present dramas. Peter fights his internal demons and external foes and shows being human is still part of being super-human. Worth a watch and best done in order to appreciate what came before, but not vital.

Hard to know what i was in for as i grew up on the cartoons. Expected i would be disappointed, to my surprise the movie surpassed my expectations. Great effects, some subtle humour, great cast and well paced story. Well worth checking out.
