Dreadful, would rather spend my time cutting my toe nails.

What was I thinking - horrible and so predictable. A total waste of time.

One of the classiest movies I have seen in a long time. Kate Winslet looking old, ordinary and thoroughly compelling. Team Ralph Fiennes in this movie and you have a winner. A topic that has been worked over before, but not so delicately. If you loved the boy in the striped pyjamas, then I am sure you would enjoy this. This movie was not dismal, it showed light and encourgement,

Notching close to a 2 and a half. Rather B Grade, but not bad if you like a few litlle horror episodes. A little hard to follow, this is not Angellina's best by far. She is rather impressive and dark. She is capable of much better quality work than this. There is a lot of swearing in this film.

Wonderful movie, as a singer I had to admire actors who don't normally sing as enjoying singing. Very passionate performances. Check out after the movie finishes - three straight guys looking like Elvis gay guys. Life is about fun, and this is it.

Adam Sandler is really dumb in this movie, but I was dumber, I hired it. If you like fart jokes, then you'll like this. It looks rather 2nd grade and cheap.

Ghengis was portrayed as a survivor who had strong ties to a family and to blood brothers. The photography was breathtaking. The history side was really interesting, We had no troubles with the sub-tittles. Very worthwhile

Should be called Lock Stock and f...ing Barrels. That word was used at least 500 times, hardly a sentence without it. A real boy yobbo film. Girls, don't bother.

This is no ordinary movie, the actors were more than brilliant. It has both laughter and sadness. You will be rewarded by patiently watching as the story slowly builds. You need to wonder what part Bryan Brown plays in Sam Neill's other adventure, see if you can work it out. You just don't see movies like this, so original.

A light girly film, entertaining, Jennifer was was good in this.

Johnathon is such a gorgeous geek, and Madi is susch a try hard, how can you not love them? Top series.

Beautifully directed, acting was superb. Even actors that I had previously seen in minor roles were outstanding. True, it is hard to believe that this event actually happened.Music by Clint Eastwood was lilting and enhanced what was an amzingly told story. The best movie I have seen for a long time.

Sean Penn, as always, is brilliant. This is rather a cross between a doco and a movie which is very insightful. This is a movie that needs total attention.It is history in the making.

John Malkovich is very depressing, angry, but very good in this movie, He is the only actor that shines. Brad Pitt and George Clooney are really irritating. Can't work out whether it is actually a comedy or a badly done melodrama.

Wow, this is so full of action. The unassuming Nicholas Cage is so droll, he is brilliant. This is one scary movie with actually a story. Very impressed.

Very 1920's. Rose and Hugo are very good and costumes are true to the period. Lots of boxing politics. This is a very tense movie. The European "thugs" are not convincing, they are a bit like the "Division 4". It did not improve with the length of the movie. Not one of Hogo's better efforts.

Full of suspense, quite bloody in parts. This movie got more suspensful as it got closer to a very good end.

A fun romp through Aussie filmaking. Not for those who are offended by nudity (think Abagail) swearing or yobboism. It was a lot of fun, showing well known actors at their early stages. There were a lot of long forgotten movies that came back to you. Singrid Thornton semi nude as a Magazine Madonna, the unforgettable Stone. A real mind jolt, we have come a long way from our very basic start in films.

Wow. Clint Eastwood once again excels as a Director and actor.

Sigourney Weaver, Holly Hunter and the very evil Harry Connick Junior hold your interest in this malicious thriller. Still a very good movie.

So glad to be a normal person, Helen Mirren was wonderful. It was better than I thought it would be. If you are a Dianna fan, then it is even more interesting. Pick the worst job you could have..it's called being the Queen. It was reallt rather good. And on a really funny offside... the actor who played Charles was actually alf appealing.

This is a really solid, moral, witty and enbtertaining series. A real gem!

Considering this is supposed to be an outstanding Aussie movie, we could not watch past the first 15 minutes. I live in an area of beach culture, have done my whole life - why does every second word have to start with f? Really expected something good from this, sadly dissapointed. I hope this is not what my teenagers accept as the norm.

The book was excellent, the movie is very B grade. It just lost all its lustre. Very Sad.

Last of the series, loved it from start to end. I read the books, have recently very much enjoyed "Missus" the start of the Darcy trilogy, hardly anyone reads it. If you are into this series, go to your local library. It sheds a whole new colour over the whole story. Thank you, Ruth Park.

Yes, even at this stage their is an innocent sexual tension. Lots of laughs, bring on the next episodes! It just gets better.

Very dated, but in it's day it was good. Too scary for little ones.

It's so good, the last episode is especially clever and tounge in cheek. You have to watch the series in order to see all the personalities unfold. Magic!

Good fun kids movie

This series just keeps getting better, so enjoying it. A brilliant Aussie series with top views of the sea.

If you are looking for a chick flick, or anything with substance, this is not it. It wasn't overly bloody, but not me. Maybe others will enjoy it. This is so unlike what I normally watch, maybe I should have thought about my choice. John Cussack was very good, he works hard in this movie.

You cannot resist to sing and dance to this, and Tim Curry is so totally wicked in it. I hesitated, thinking I had seen it again, what a load of fun..we laughed so hard. Susan Sarandon was great, our own Aussie little Nell shines. Wondeful!

Totally entrancing, as an adoptive mum, I can see all sides. A very real movie, so worth watching.

Very interesting, certainly made me look in Henry 8 and the Tudor period. The actors were excellent, Bana was OK, he was a little wooden. A movie that made me think about it days after.

4th time I've watched this....encompassing, passionate, yes, a little violence. Awesone soundtrack - uplifting. Truly my favourite movie. You have to buy the soundtrack after watching this. There is ultimate dignity in this film.

Loved this movie, great actors, a feel good movie with a message. Lots of laughs throughout.

Definitely worth watching, very dark, it shows Piafs tragic life, how she never gave up, her love of music (and the music is good). I am now a Piaf fan, will definitely have her on my music list. I see a pattern in her life like other singers and performers, whose fates were similar. I learned from this movie that we are lucky to have what we have.

Really enjoyed, loved going back to childhood, Dustin Hoffman was excellent

Very deep, beautiful acting, a very easy to understand message is sent in this film. A most tasteful film that makes you think.

Ryan Gosling was very clever in this, he at times hid his emotions very well, was very passionate about his goal. Anthony Hopkins was very menacing, very evil. This was a good thriller, twists and turns throughout.

An inspiring movie, slow to start but well acted. A "real movie". Thoroughly enjoyed.

Fabulous warm fuzzy feeling after seeing this one - smiling from ear to ear. Julie Walters was absolutely fantastic - playing a grandma! Would you beleive Ronald Weasley swore, grew up and showed what an actor he could be, I won't tell you all. Chuck in the neurotic mother (she makes me look good). Lots of colouful characters, the story is really about a teenager with a brain finding his future and rebelling. Awesone! Loved it!

I liked this movie, I thought it would be a comedy, but it wasn't, although there were funny parts to it. A fuzzy feel good movie that was most enjoyable. I'll never complain about a rare steak after seeing this!

Outstanding, maybe not everyone's cup of tea. This is a very serious and thought provoking dvd. If you like a movie that makes you think, this is for you. The acting was superb. It is nice to see a story line that is original.

If we could have got past all the Bollywood ads and easily accessed subtitles, who knows? We just got sick of trying to watch it.

This movie is a little disturbing, great acting, Judi Dench is rathy scary, she is so obsessed. Cate Blanchett shows her intellect and briliant acting as alway. Just pray you are never a teacher at Judi Dench's school, or later in the movie) in contact with her socially (be it ever so unintentional.............)
