This shows how fake the series is, but on the plus how much fun the cast have making it pushing the limits of the crew to what the crew end up leaving on the cutting room floor

The movie itself just can not match up to the original three and it does not try to, for the most part the lead mini stifflers voice is annoying but let it unfold and it should not disappoint. The behind the extra features and behind the scenes footage shows why the project has its successes and not just another last ditch grab flop for money.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Excellent simple story that in someways captivates you into the emotions of the lead character because you have to read the subtitles and blend it with the emotion on screen. If you have ever travelled to a country with a language foreign this will compound the elegant low budget effectiveness of this film. Just do not do the 'try this at home kids' demonstration and try swallow grapes whole.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Another stunning release from the lion gate film studios, it is a bit full on at times but in some ways it is very clever in the themes and messages portrait without ever directly saying them. For example racial injustice by showing the genocide of a particular tribe based on a stamp on a semi passport identity card as to who will live or die. Also depicting what little power the United Nations has in the face of some of the horrors they must helplessly witness when we in the western world may only hear of a travel warning to delay our visit while general unrest settles down.

The cast of this show really bring this show too life in a place where people die, but dont forget it is a hospital so people are born aswell as some true standout original comedy.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Bunch of triggermen, two hot mistresses and a thin tedious plot guess what the second star is for.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
An epic sized tale with cinematography that at the best of times leaves you frustrated and or claustrophic. Although this is certainly attributed to the budget it also forces you to concentrate on the war between certain men than just awe at the war between entire tribes.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Good old fashioned story telling with dodgy special effects, a classic even if you just laugh at the acting the whole way through.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Around ten episodes of this cheeky Irish now Australian citzens dancing, observations, jokes and more what else could you ask for? Well the detachable toe skits but maybe the other series will become available with time.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
For a while it felt like everyone was trying to be eminem but then the story lashes out harder than an angry rapper and pulls you in then spits you out by its end leaving you feeling like a helpless bystander to a great injustice.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This is a movie I cannot really describe without sounding bland saying its queer and complicated something like love or wishing it was quadrangle.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
A woman with the superficially picture perfect life has an affair some random guy who dies during the act that turns out to her astranged brother in law etc etc etc

Bill Bailey's rendition of a whale free falling without a parachute is an award winning piece, also the rest of the film is just as ridiculous but amazing at the same time capturing some fragment of my childhood imagination. So if you can take light hearted 'out there' adventure this is one for you.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This movie can be a little painful to settle into but if you get there and can enjoy the scottish scenery and the scale of the story as to the scandal it would be present a small town with you may be surprised.

Most people would write this off in the few minutes but those who have lived simliar aspects in their lives will go well its dumb but I can not resist, especially the pay outs on some of our greatest overlooked exports, "the soapies".
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A really well put together comic translation that can easily stand on its own for those like myself who dont really have a clue about its origins. The special effects are close to seamless most of the time and not just an ode to CGI. The casting of Susan Storm, grumpy tough guy The Thing and the sexy nurse are all very well chosen which all help to combine into an excellent film, even if it sadly formulated to be the start of a prospective trilogy.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Jolie wears a retarted hat in this film. Yes that is about all I can remember from this farcical at its best film where something resembling a spitfire can shoot out the leg of a giant robot or manoeuvre like a spaceship.

Apparently to Hollywood playing mood music makes cheating in exclusive relationships ok and they seem to of formed a new vision of 'what women what in a man' by plucking a dynamic actor as Sandler from comedian into a more serious parental role.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
The dry delivery of lines from Tommy Lee against the bright and pneumatic cheer bimbos is a fire and ice mix, the story may well be retarted but sometimes that is what is necessary to make something memorable yet forgetable nicely packaged film like this.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Just keep in mind Elektra is meant to be a heroine from the comic to movie translation, keep a watchful eye for some of the subtle cultural themes such as the colours in death and the DTS high fidelity sound and I was sold long enough to watch this and give it a thumbs up.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
The setup to those of us who live where it never snows let alone blizzard is out there at its best, this aside this movie creates the claustrophic atmosphere of being pinned inside with no options very well.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
The future of history is in trouble if movies like these are all that survive, its very long but not too confusing if you just accept it as a Hollywood movie, also Angelina Jolie is far too hot to be the leads mum maybe that is what didnt feel right.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This is just one of those movies that makes you smile even if you life is already great. It uncovers successes of your life you achieved without noticing who helped you get there, be warned it is weird but hey it makes you think and smile some more.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This is a better movie than the first one but just seems to be lacking a little without Vin in centre stage. For those fans of 'Pimp My Ride' Xhibit has some classic lines. Some of the special effects are a bit overdone / futuristic but they are blown away by S.L Jackson and surprisingly Icecubes performances, so for a good night in watch this.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This has all the ingredients for a golden Australian comedy before it even starts, Steady Eddies performance is in many ways the icing on the cake without considering the rest of the wild course of the film.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Always remember to hold onto your hat when you go for an explosive boat ride is about only lesson to be learnt from this action adventure that just seems to stall your excitement, the comedy evens things out with some of the ridiculous predicaments hurled at the main heroes.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I will not pretend to understand let alone mildly fathom the politics of war torn countries but this film trusts upon you some of the injustices. Nicole Kidman looks healthy and goregous for the first in a long time without distracting from the story as a whole. Que now, then donate to international aid etc :)
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
This movie hooks you like a starving fish and doesnt let you go until the credits cut you loose. Maybe its not the best of its genre but something about it is compelling, possibly the fact of the weight of justice being swayed by the highest bidder.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Nice! nice! its different yer its nice! I think after being used to the tightly bound stories of these suburban hornbags you almost feel disappointed and wanting more as this telemovie stretches the boundarys of acting and muffin top jeans. The davinci subplot didnt seem funny to me but thankfully I skipped that book, also underneath the perm wigs Jane Turner is cute as!
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Such a rude thing to say, but sadly not his best, yet this dvd still manages to deliver the true unhibited laughter that we all long for.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Fairly linear B-movie that had the potential for a great twist and just fell short, if only the writers had more vision this could had been excellent viewing.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Ed Norton is fierce in this seemingly normal movie about a drug bust until his character lets rip about everything that annoys him about life these days and you are left stunned expelled hatred.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
This movie leaves you wondering if they 80's was ever cool, the fashion is terrible, the themes a modern censors nightmare but apart from that its every young boys and now girls fantasy (just not with that hair or clothing YUCK!)
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Good exploration of new within the thin scope of the sport based film genre, Jackson astoundingly convincing as always.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This is like living out everyone elsesday in your head when you wish you werent on the bus that day, it is interesting to watch but at each switch of the perspective you feel as if you just woke up from falling asleep from boredom intead of interest in the new characters perspective of the five minutes before the shootings. Its out there and if that is for you, go it in your que.

An interesting diversion for prospective mental patients to consider how could you proove your sanity to a psychologist once commited to an asylum.

A really cute family movie with geese being lead by a surrogate mother that just happens to be flying an ultralight aircraft.

Unless you know everything about the world of comics from the outset people killing each other for rare comics was going to be a reach, however this story branches itself into unexpected situations.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A somewhat faceless teen flick with good characterisation but nothing to make it stand out from the usual standard hype, nerves and pressure on young adults to copulate or in this case not.

QUEUE UP THE FAT! ..put this in your list now even if you arent into football this is still a great view of years of highlights of these guys happy to be idiots.

Rather ridiculous but eh, im sure most people are just watching to listen to the sexy husky voice of Ms Tilly instead of mass murdering mutant cabbage patch look a like dolls.

Saturday Night Live has been a discovery and or foundation of many great comedic talents of recent time. It is interesting to see how Wayne's World was initially only a skit on a television show they fleshed out into a really bizarre movie or two.

A lesbian Chinese American comedian is somewhat the only after thought she appears to be the only lasting imprint from her reptition. But noting that even in Hollywood and television today minority in general are still far and few between and how that can affect the dreams of the young, our future can also tweak your mind!

Amazingly complex spectacle and quiet simply the best epic proportion film I have seen in some time, I can not understand how this masterpiece appears to have gone straight to DVD possibly only due to the somewhat brutal fighting scenes. Also the final comment made about the worth of a Jerusaleum is very fitting.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
With the world seemingly inundated with the flood of terror amplified through the media it takes those cheeky Canadian's that brought us Southpark to market film showing how much harm than help sometimes peacemaking troops can cause packaged in a film promoting and paying out on Americans almost simultaneously, hmm just watch it you will see... ok i cant resist, DERKA DERKA!?!
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Accurately described a man prancing around a stage for an hour screaming profanities and touching himself, but hey thats most of us guys without the audience. There is some material herein that may hit a key with you and change your perspectives note

'A family that grieves by almost tearing each others throats out, driving others to commit suicide and explore sexual orientation' may had been a better synopsis for this film and sparked more interest, worth watching if you keep an eye out for the viking burial.

If I were a feminist this may appeal to me on some level more than it would probably offend, but being just a random guy, all I can wonder is why didn't he choose the "BookWorm"!

I can remember watching this, I can't think of anything really positive to say other than to watch Cheech and Chong "Still Smokin'. This just isn't their best effort.
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
If you have ever had to work on a project for any length of time and can appreciate the amount of time and effort put into a spotless execution, can ignore a lame distracting subplot and have some vague interest in cars this movie will keep you entertained or amused at bad acting.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This is a comedy with that can best be described in terms of pulling punches in slow motion, to some it will appear quite retarded others will stop and smile, if you find yourself days later being upset at the slightest thing and screaming "GAWD!!!" and then chuckling to yourself you need to get out more.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
An honest movie showing the real romance of Sunset Boulevard and the true face of Hollywood that you only generally find out if you have been to Los Angeles yourself, not what is normally on the big screen or in the brochure. Apart from that there is a rather linear story of some looney out to kill all the ladies of the night.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Ask yourself, how much do you love life and what will you make of today? This has to be one of the most immersive and frightening movies of our time and will make you reassess your answer. Whilst view you feel imprisoned with any hope of freedom vanishing and you are left defenseless grasping at any small victory the main characters make in their bid to save their life, but at what cost?
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
A true story can sometimes cut so close it breaks open loosely healed wounds and it is this simple honesty of the film that shines as its greatest asset when coupled with the in your face and close to what could easily be anyones home. It is hard not to feel the anguish and strain of those involved hearts in this topical for the time Australian drama
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
"How to make enemies & manipulate people" (as opposed to the book "how to make friends & influence people) Either way it really is amazing what he gets away with also included such spectacles as seeing great Aussie musical talent playing their singles accoustically using some of the most bizarre world instruments.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Be warned, this is not so much a movie as it is a full blown piece of wank. It relies heavily on the fact the viewer isnt phased to much by the whole arty story of deliquent incest, drug taking teens living out the dreams through their convoluted interpretations of movies they have seen to avoid the horror of the reality going on just as long as there is enough sex on screen.
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
Bruce Willis shines in this, his strong performance really makes the somewhat seemingly thin plot insignificant, however in hostage situations things are not always as simple as they seem on the surface an the writers cleverly let you in on just enough to keep it approaching believable as it escalates past all expectations.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
The Synopsis should say "a plot is loosely constructed between the deaths of 22 or so odd triggermen and two stunning women"

I have to agree, its discs like these that make relatives overseas feel at home, not homesick. Why send just one, get them the whole box set!

Deadset classic performances from these couple of "old horn bags" as they refer to themselves, throw in an appearance by Kylie Minogue and this is another pot of aussie gold that is "not to be missed!"
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
This movie is about putting your faith & all your energy into "The Big Dream" if you aren't a feminist you will probably enjoy and overlook the name "Housewife's Little Helper" which is found to be a multipurpose tool for domestic tasks and personal pleasure, hope you catch the drift I wont draw a diagram, just watch this light hearted flick.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Not off to a great start having a title insulting the viewer, but i guess 'Everybody Is A Critic' doesn't sound good as a song. Another quirky look at how films go from true story to flight of fantasy. The sultry Janeane Garofalo is one of the few things that save this from being a complete hash, however it is quite unique and that in itself is worth watching, just probably not memorable forever after film, but then again I know nothing.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Lots of poorly strung together and disjointed coarse language that seems to be shown as hip if you are one of those who thinks they are part of generation "Pulp Fiction", enjoy wearing black & getting parts of your body hacked off with shears this movie is for you.
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
This is like the bits and pieces that would had been cut out of the "10 disc everything possibly imaginable LOTR box set" however it does show off how much wealth and change a movie can inject into small businesses and peoples lives in general.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Another computer game come silver screen conversion falling just short of being a really entertaining movie as some scenes will just irritate you, when the story could have really left its electronic legacy behind and gotten lost in a legend instead.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I hired this ages ago, thinking it was a real movie with a plot, turns out its just padding around "adult entertainment" whoops!
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
Now I love New Zealand, but not a fan of this attempt to make a comedy out of a fake reality TV style backpacker holiday accross Europe. But I guess it shows a guy how to approach and have success with different types of women & that it is not a good idea shagging three friends at different times on the single trip who only have as much personal space an old Kombi can provide.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
A recap of a series that doesn't try to hard to pull the laughs, but who can hold back the big one when they call a cute chic a bogan for wearing uggboots on the town? Really well done, without going over the top!
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
One of the heroes of everyday life comedy Jimeoin stars in a cute little movie about trying to make it big star. I wonder how you would feel telling people, you were an extra, on 'The Extra' playing an extra? Just thinking about it this way, sounds like Jimeoins stand up routines, anyway this film is for a quiet night in.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A fragmented look into the cycle of children who without education that are born with a parent that is a sex worker can soon become one themselves. I think this documentary really needed a more in your face approach to really gain the impact it was desperately struggling to achieve.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
It is a comedy that takes the micky out of "professional wrestling" that these days is more of a roid rage fanfare than a sport. Whether or not it is fake or real does not seem to be the point, just that belief in others is.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
A very cute film where people find love by running over a homeless person and learning to not take life so seriously. The synopsis is rather harsh sure its not a Chasing Amy, Mallrats style but Affleck & Damon only made small appearances in this film. The success of this film hinges on the character that is almost roadkill.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
A little too much flag waving patriotism which made me tune out a bit otherwise a passable film that may surprise you.

I think you work the 'what is wrong with this picture' very early on if you have ever any other film from this spooky style genre.

Simply an amazing film and result, however in no way does Alison Lohman who was 24 at the time of filming resemble a believable 14 year old, this aside unforgettable movie.

blbk: the answer, convert today. This documentary is quite confronting regardless of your own personal beliefs however it does leave you wondering if his choice is real life as the series seems abandoned as you will see if you watch.

The greed of many and then those that survive, I enjoyed it while viewing nothing really memorable apart from what ever happened to the girl who went missing in the first place?

Hollywood again only seems to know of one place in France and so the story takes place in Paris. This movie justs makes you sit back and wonder what is wrong with the way people treat each other in life & love.

DTS sound combined with immaculate Superbit visuals, this is a DVD not to be missed and is the perfect showcase for how home theatre should be. Technology aside the movie itself is a fast action film with some amazing machinery, throw in some comedy "NAWWS!!!" and Michelle Rodriguez this film delivers.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Its 'Hotshots' but fails to deliver the comedy.
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
This is Elizabeth Hurley's best film, for the initial stages she seems out of character but as the story draws you in that is how it is meant to be and suddenly you dont know whats real and fake.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
One of Will Smiths better performances, however the story seemed to lack something but the special effects and DTS sound were quite impressive.

Women pretending to be men dressed as women, no not tomboys but chicks in drag. You will either love this outright or hate it and turn it off, if watch it all the way through and let yourself go you will find yourself laughing uncontrollably and its stupidity. Imagine asking a woman we need you to look like a man on film, oh well Toni Collette was an easy choice.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Few plot holes in a thriller where Kevin Bacon outshines the overacting of others as a cop but hey it is meant to be an emotional film that could had done with a stronger finish.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
There is not a lot to say about this film, other than the lead who seems to have all the luck, in this film with Leigh-Cook & goes on to play Darth Vader with Portman? I could be wrong, otherwise nothing really challenging or exciting about this childish even for a teen flick feature.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Its "Roadtrip" but through the jungle, with a few golden one liners and your basic lame comedy adventure plot, still worth watching just not quite four star material.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This movie presents itself as a normal film with normal people struggling to attain pregnancy then it all spirals out of control and somehow she is impregnated with the spawn of satan or angels, it gets so far out there I feel they ran out of ideas on how to finish it and their attempt leaves you a bit dissapointed being a somewhat original spin.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Michelle Rodriguez is one fierce lady, cant wait to see someone try and cast her in a lovey dovey role. Anyway this is a pretty straight forward action flick but credit has to go to the surround sound technicians as it is quiet immersive in the tv helicopter scenes.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Best advertisement I have seen to buy a certain type of car mixed in with a twisting thriller plot to keep you watching.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This is a definate time capsule back to how lives and perceptions were for this period, note that there is a LOT of swearing in the place where some better acting could had been.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
This film seems unique in a genre of copycats.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This is a VERY frustrating movie to watch, the suggested tension is at best unbelievable because you know what is threatening the whole film, however it does tip you at the finish line but the audio track seems muffled which can make it harder still to get there.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I think this film could had been served great benefit if they had introduced who Peter Sellars was, after watching the entire film I am still left going so who was he but in someways he was no one if you take the theme of the film. Geoffrey Rush is probably the only person apart from Mike Myers who could had pulled this role off, but they it would had been a totally different genre indeed.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
It is my opinion that Snoop Dogg put on too much of an act trying to act cool for fans of his musical career (of which I am not) in this film. Otherwise it is a cheeky look at airlines in the United States, especially since TWA used to have their call centres outsourced to jails which is touched on without giving enough for a law suit but seriously NWA hmm.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Absolute cracker of a film even if you haven't ever lived in the UK, funny to the point but not past it just being completely ridiculous, well at times :)
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
An interesting movie about making a movie and all of the actors having fun taking the mickey out of themselves and their whinges outside of filming. Otherwise I only watched this to see Julia Stiles but yeh HMM.

Deadset one of the most messed up, out to mess with your head films of our time, if you try to work it out be it linear, in pieces you will go mad, just accept it for what it is, blbk.

If there was something after the credits to do with water unblockage this would had been one of the greatest films about everyday life.

It's the strange side of weird, something to watch if you are hoping for something a little different.

'Kevin Smith Roadside Attractions' in bonus features is not to be missed, the movie that these hidden treasures is riding on is rather good but unlike the style of Smith's previous cult efforts. If you can survive the first five minutes of this film with Ben Affleck cast in his assumed persona of a prat, this film really takes a heart felt ride through life of a single dad.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
This movie is either made or broken on the comedy of Ryan Reynolds (Two Guys, Girl & Pizza) fame and the extra star goes to the Vampiric Pomeranian, keep and eye out for it. Otherwise it is an action film with some really warped armoury and enough to keep you watching.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Maybe it was the "BUCKS NIGHT" I went to recently but this film seems to prodimently star Salma Hayek's cleavage as much as possible to distract viewers from the fact this movie lacks the pace of a true thriller. At the end of the day it is not a completely horrible event with Woody Harrelson giving one of his best performances I have seen to date.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Any self respecting woman would be insulted at this princess behaviour, I will give it the extra star above tripe as Zellweger looked healthy but lacking tone instead of anorexic.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Simple film with simple twists that can easily be overlooked or prematurely surprise the viewer and spoil the suspense.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Quaint Smile Jerking Aussie Comedy, Stephen Curry gives one of the most believable performances of a chippie & Rose Byrne is a fox. I love the silent complaint scene about fast food having too much ice, fries not being chips and the burgers sometimes vomit material.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
I whole heartedly agree with David Stratton, the handy cam filming technique just does not convey the intensity necessary for this film, instead it came close on giving me motion sickness. There are only a few instances where the film felt like the lightning speed and grace of the original. Damon is still convincing and Julia Stiles is dead set gorgeous as always.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
From the word go John Howard starts talking in a grumpy accent which is hard to understand and slowly degrades into normal speech throughout the film. This inconsistency aside it is a pleasant Australian comedy that just falls short of landing the big laugh.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
One of my favourites from the thriller genre, it is also quiet amazing to think how much water was used and the working conditions the actors were under to create such a masterpiece. This factor may also have attributed to the believability and the ease you get sucked right in and then spat out again and again with each twist.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Hollywood trying to cash in an squeeze more money out of a film that did relatively well however this story fails to give any real spark. The child who plays the baby gives an outstanding performance, the rest are mainly good actors with a bad script.

An interfaith relationship that may of raised an eyebrow if it were released ten years ago. Otherwise it is a bit tired and like a jewish 'Bridget Jones' with the exception that this is seriously not funny.

An interesting enough send up of the tide of Superhero Comic films but certainly not near the magic of other pixar films, it just seems rushed.

After a while you start thinking you are watching a Michael Moore film when it the story starts spiralling in on itself but the web is quickly set to trap you.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Should you be revisiting this film after seeing the sequel Milla Jovovich really looks far too naturally pretty so be the heroine but that fits the story line that she was yet to mutate more & become buff but until then Michelle Rodriguez gives a strong performance that distracts from the tired looking 3D animations somewhat but the DTS soundtrack really packs a keen punch.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Ok film but I had to watch the alternate ending, also there is a easter egg in the form of a treasure hunt, if you watch all the extra features. Nice to see more interactivity, just google for the clues if you dont want to sit through all the extra footage.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This is a B movie so expect more nude romping than usual, there is an entertaining enough story inbetween and the main character reminds me of someone I know. Also LOST addicts may want to watch this as it appears Naveen Andrews has learnt to act since starring in this film.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Anything with Keira Knightley in it is worth watching, add a story and some quirky comedy that isn't complete cliche and it gets the extra star.

Something to challenge the way you view the world, A business described as a Psychopath. I recommend counting the number of branding interactions you have today. JUST WATCH THIS DOCUMENTARY!
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
The only believable acting is when Bruce Willis plays himself, otherwise there are too many stars trying to out do each other. I think some inclusion on the DVD that explained what happened in Oceans 11 would had been good as I felt I was missing something until about half and hour from the end trying to work out who everyone was to find out its lame.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
A remake trying to ride on the influx of Japanese to Hollywood translations. Watching this alone in the dark it takes you to the point of being scared but when you finally see what you are meant to be afraid of, you just laugh and then the story goes no where.

Slow to start and then some of the jokes seem to be taking to long but remember the remote is in your hands if all else fails call for the Roadie, a great disc!

I was in Toronto they were filming this, or in the movie "Racoon City", hmm either way its funny Canada keeps getting called USA in Hollywood epics. I saw the running down city hall stunts and helicopter test runs. Really interesting to see it come to life in the feature film. Apart from a laughable motorcycle stunt this is worth watching in the dark with your bass turned up and immerse yourself, but at the end of the day it paves way for the next movie in the series, cant wait!
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Don't telly Scotty, a bit bad taste now the pope has actually passed away but otherwise take it for what it is and enjoy the ride, wait this isn't where I parked my car!

Ending different to the one I saw in the cinema, this DVD version finishes the story off on a limp note. If you dont like this ending watch the bonus features, otherwise it was an excellent film with some amazing acting from the younger stars & Ashton really stepping out as an actor and not just a joke.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Flat, just like the ballet dancers chest this movie is just boring hardly even artistic tripe.
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
The situation they are in feels very real and although slow keeps you watching long enough for it to end.

Excellent edit of a film that could had turned out a little less entertaining, instead it is surprising
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Berry looks dam fine apart from the neck up where it looks like some demented mickey mouse turn gremlin landed on her head coupled with trashy prostitute red lipstick Otherwise this is childrens movie with special effects being used far too much in scenes leaping around the room, it gets quiet tedious.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A very worthwhile B movie if CSI is in reruns and you are an addict for that genre, I'm still hoping writers think up something other than killings to make an interesting enough premise for a flick.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
We live in a womens world so if something is not marketed toward them and or is viewed as vulgar its post midnight viewing. This is like the stereotypical Australian bloke version of USA Jackass, either way if you cant laugh atleast once an episode get a face lift, no one is that high brow unless you get no joy from life.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
I thought this teleseries won multiple awards recently, if so what for? It was just to tiresome.
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
The writing plays out like a familiar Lampoons tail but it is just shy of being a classic, however being that this was made in 1995 a lot of films since then are so similar teen cliche like roadtrip & american pies where the original comedy origins lie
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
A bit of a dark movie but the attention to detail in recreating the period is amazing, after watching this I am a bit confused as to why they went after Capones money.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Is it just me or does the opening theme song in this disc differ from the rest of the series, being early episodes they do not tend to cut out the complete launch sequences. If you are just beginning this series see if you know what is in each TB2 pod by the series end.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
DTS Audio track in this film combined with the soldiers view of how horrific the Normandy landing supplying a fierce opening that demands your attention for the rest of the movie which is a bit of a curious plot to pull a soldier from active duty.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Cute movie if you like Irish accents & have travelled and been inundated with questions as if any Australian is an authority on Immigration Policy.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
If you have ever lived in student or share accomodation give this a look in, the formula for this show has been attempted to be cloned many times since but this is the only one from the BBC with true chemistry.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Unique film that made me smile through the quirky humour of the situation and how we can all relate to family events. It is never about the food, event but the people and who you share it with.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This started off as being the worst sequel ever made following an almost mirror to the original but with the twist that students are paired so if one dies you die also and that the goal is not to eliminate other pairs, instead a terrorist who appears to be from the first installment.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
I dont watch the news anymore, but seriously, this documentary shows how true journalism is not a marketable commodity and how opinions are presented more over than the facts leaving you wondering what really happened or otherwise persuaded by the many tricks of the trade.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
If you previewed the trailer, it is pretty obvious how this film is going to unwind. However for those who havent and can unplug for a time they may enjoy this more.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Almost top draw cheap thrill sci-fi at its best, if only it were re-released with 5.1 DTS sound this movie would be one not to be missed. A dark and haunting film that some may find boring but let yourself believe the situation and it will keep you waiting until "its over?" Some cracker dialogue is thrown in and some harsh views of society & humanity when people are in the thick of it.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Bored gifted teens plan the perfect murder but something goes a drift when a girl between them is seen as a threat to each others loyalty, otherwise a very enthrawling film with some acting to awe at from such young talents then a few lame cliches thrown in to corner the whole market.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Norton is seamless but something about Damon just sticks out, this is a film about playing cards I may had enjoyed it more if I was more familar with the rules.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A lot of familar themes but that is sometimes the easiest comedy to enjoy but not split your sides open over.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
The ending was CUT completely different to the one I had previously seen, otherwise its just soft adult entertainment under the guise of a love story slash teen fantasy urban myth comes to life flick.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
An interesting divergence from the over the top Hollywood remakes of the story of Jack The Ripper, a bit slow in parts but you are quickly awaken by the haunting sound of the stairs to his carriage.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
There is some great acting from the two main characters, otherwise this is a serious B movie but they can be unmasked treasures in themselves, however the only chests in this film are the naked ones HMM
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
One of the few comic book to silver screen translations inundating releases that really delivers an audio and visual spectacle. Am amazed Rogue's (Anna Paquin) hairstyle did not take off here, stunning woman with cute grey streak.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Left me a little disappointed but the story wound around enough to keep me entertained.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A lot of good actors with a DODGY script struggle to make a decent movie between profuse usage of the F word. Sam Worthington & the girl he falls for were really the only believables, the rest were trying way to hard, forcing the story but it still sort of gets there in the end.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This movie is a true epic and also contains my favourite of all time "love scene" with bombs going off overhead, pinned down by sniper fire and dead and dying people around them the guy goes for it with his woman, ha GOLD. Otherwise an amazing recreation of the period.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
Watch this then 'Adaption", I wonder if the 7th & a half floor was ripped off idea from harry potter books, this is a cute & slightly odd ball film.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I would love to watch this in chronological sequence because this is the third time I have viewed it and I was certain of the story last time. This is pulp fiction without the crap.
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
An enjoyable somewhat ridiculous comedy with some truly funny and flat spots, it also gives tourists a good idea of the level of transiant bogan population of Western Australia, buy a flano and you will fit right in.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This is approaching terrible to aww.., I found that Billy Bob seemed to look out of place throughout maybe it is my saturated brain on how casting this stereotype should appear.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
I found trouble differentiating this movie from a movie that had the same feel & outcome as Perry's movie with Hayek 'Fools Rush In' apart from the original idea of making a movie about serving divorce papers.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Ms Jolie really acts up a storm in this one
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Desperately craving for more films that you dont know where they are leading and confusing, throw in a naked Meg Ryan take away some of the dodgy bumpy camera work and it is a film of worth but probably not something to talk about over lunch
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Quiet long, the movie spent a lot of time character building and very little kiling them off. Crowe comes off as more of a twat than a hero but this is the character he portrayed unlike say in Gladiator
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Scenarios contained in this film are not farcial to children in low socio-economic environments and sometimes more so the spoilt rich kid looking for attention. Slow to start then some really good acting versus some over acting and it seems this movie was edited in some scenes it skips completely so imagine what the unrated version would had been. If your child does not have the latest greatest mobile phone is the trantrum worth it, or maybe it is an attempt to show discipline and repect are something of the past when they challenge their right to adulthood devices at the age of the title of this film.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Ah the Sepia colour filter means a film that was set in the past, a bleach blue look means the future these days, then what is present day? It can be hard to watch a film in a foreign language but this bizarre plot kept me hooked until the end. How many suicide attempts can a woman fail & what will make you rethink cooking steak tonight? Watch this movie.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
RENT THIS NOW, unless you are not desensitized to the use of 'swear words', it really is quiet amazing how one man can have four points of a somewhat rehearsed conversation going at once and not need a straight jacket.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Part two in a series that was classic at the time if you were up to date with all that is ripped off.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Poverty from desert to jungle to snow, a movie that really takes a stab at the way we live today & no user review you read is of any real consequence just watch it for yourself and hopefully it will help change your perspective on what is important.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
A bus driver gone postals dream, so many pedestrains only one bus. No the only aspect of this film that even slightly distinguishes it from others of this genre is the comparison of wild animals interaction in the jungle to the way people are today, somethings snapped in the core attitude of humanity if this is the new standard.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Another film with so much trick photography & computer generated imagery Tom Cruise looks relatively tall, where do they find all these midgets? I wonder if I had bleach blue lens effect sunglasses when I walked around all day I'd think I was in the future. Anyway the sets are amazing, watch special features disc so see a glimpse of the effort that went into this film.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
WOW, I was so intently watching this film until about five minutes from the end when I just could not follow which twin was which, feels quiet long but may be worth a watch ..again!
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
This is an impressive and for the most part believable film that should be the compromise when arguing about watching a chic flick or action film, happy viewing!
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Through the eyes of 'The Woo' a story that keeps you interested enough, watch the deleted scenes then get back to me about the guy who picks up the watch.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
The story could be missing a bit but this movie has got some classic one liners & who would of thought Ed Norton would star as a bright & happy fushia rhino, another performance showing his amazing range in a quirky look at the big business behind childrens television .
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
The only redeeming facet for me of this movie was showing off the italian countryside, otherwise I really wonder if majority of women really want to be fed this tripe.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Iv'e grown up a bit since I first saw this and enjoyed laughing at the teen horror flick genre then. Now revisiting this spoof it still delivers even with the excessive lame sendups.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I totally did not pick up on why the mother didnt die in the US remake until i saw this sequel, this is the next chapter, hmm could there be more?
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Missing that chilling scraping sound from US remake but the story is more believable and easier to follow & still delivers a few scares.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Charming obvious film taking a swipe at Australian politics with some quirky ideas like promises being kept and even delivered. Keep and eye out for the new kid, aww! I cannot see anything topping The Castle but this is certainly up there with in the ranks.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
A film that attempts to be controversial on the topic of police brutality but takes it far enough for you to not take it seriously.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
You have a brain, make up your own mind and then watch the extra features if you are paranoid for more fuel.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
What is this second chance at happiness, just be happy now & try to enjoy the film. Ms Church just doesnt seem have the right tonal singing voice for the theme song otherwise, much respect.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Apart from wishing all politicians were like this, it has all been covered by others comments on the familiarity of an Australian Film.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I've never really found Kidman to be attractive which can really sway your enjoyment of a film, but give the lady a Russian accent, change the hair & I'm there. Oh and incase you are wondering the scary thing is there is a website out there like that.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
This really is a nothing movie, if it wasnt edited with all the arty segwaves to try and tart up the story it may of had some impact. I agree with Mr Bonds comment on Van Der Beeks role in the film.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Imagine everything you ever wanted, then that you have that, then that everything wasnt what it was cracked up to be theme. Please note that this film trying to pedalstool the airbourne hospitality nazi's to some kind of profession to idol will not be part of everything you ever wanted. Myers attempts in vain & Paltro is just drab & plain, it is as if the part was written for Kudrow from 'Friends' fame but they got her instead. The only reason for a 2 star rating is not the obvious fake cabin sets but for "CHRISTINA APPELGATE", she's grow up & deserves a come back!
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Well edited, if you watch the bonus features you could see how lame this could had become, good to see a director showing restraint.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
I had just been involved in the leadup and aftermath of a wedding, this hit every nail on the head
(Not to be missed!) - review by Timothy
A class of teenagers actually killing each other than wishing they could with all the stereotypical matchups & scenarios thrown in
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
One line out of this film from Goldie Hawn made me suddenly take notice until the end of an film otherwise putting me to sleep. Give it the benefit of the your doubt.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Another page to turn in Australian hisTELLY, i think the series quality really dropped off when it shifted to channel 10, but there are only so many jokes and from what i remember it was a long running series.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Irish accents are cute to us & if this coupled with a different perspective to everyday activities cant make you laugh, hmm check your pulse!
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Two well known actors for the most part doing their own stunts, otherwise its a bit of a reach.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Kate "YUM" Fischer gives an awesome performance that saves this movie from being a 'maybe' rating feel good flick & shows how blind women are sexy, sure it is a little slow and hard to get into but then it all just clicks.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
If you cant laugh at this why do you watch hollywood films? Its good to see that there is a certain humour within their own crowd
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Why is Rachael Leigh Cook always being sent to Paris? An obvious film, if you do not read to much into it you should be set.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Its a childrens movie with a M rating as is any Jackie Chan comedy, however there is enough substance to keep you entertained
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A SOUL HAS LITTLE MASS BUT 21 GRAMS IS HEAVY, a film that follows emotional instead of chronological order so you are left wanting to know how random strangers become the most important stake in each others lives
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Another release in a series that just seems timeless, however if you find yourself googling for images of Lady Penelope take a long shower then go out.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Another release in a series that just seems timeless, however watching too many of the series in succession can leave you stressed at the holes in the plot *EXHALE* 5! ...4! ...3! ...2! ...1! QUE!!!
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
I cant help but feel a little uneasy with some of the background characters stories not having direction or closure by the films end when the core family are left with the mindset that you could win the lottery next week, or maybe through other peoples eyes you already have theme. But I guess that is what in many cases life is like, but wherever this movie gets the comedy tag from I am totally lost.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
A large collection of lame jokes stretched over a generic 'whodunnit' in an effort to shadow this movie from being a soft adults only entertainment. Give a go if you are past the teen horror flick genre but have not quiet graduated to next level.
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
A filmed edited in a similar way to Pulp Fiction, however in this case you know there is a simple story of greed but it takes a while to work out where it is going because it loops around to keep you guessing.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
An arguement that faith is independant of all religions and this core belief is what should unite us all. Edward Norton amazing as ever, i nearly gave this an excellent rating but alas Ben Stiller, so only three.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
This movie is a terrible reminder of how lame the 80s were and how much the 00s are reanimating its styles. Its worth renting for the sing-a-longs in extra features especially the blonde song what a classic, otherwise just dont take the movie too seriously and you should last through it.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Ben Elton, was a co-writer on this milestone of Brittish Comedy that like many have come, got axed & gone before the so called cult following arrived.

Worth watching until the plot fell to characters going "I saw this in a movie once" but thankfully it just was not all just a dream

Almost worth watching, it made me smirk or chuckle then wonder why I was almost laughing. Que it for easy laughs if you enjoyed Hotshots & the Naked Gun series.

One man, so many legends in the immortal words of poida "its a bit long in the tooth, piss weak in parts but otherwise its a deadset classic i reckon", note the show was only called "Eric" right, swoit!

Good to hear that Im not the only one that thinks there is something wrong with Brisbane people. The first show was good but the second show was too much for me I just tuned out.

A somewhat biased probe into how America is struggling even tho it is a Super Power. Australia has similar problems just on a smaller scale mainly due to the smaller population. A vote for keeping jobs in your country and not outsourcing cheap labour, just look at the next fashionable article of clothing you buy, sure the company may of had origins here but where was it manufactured. "The Prison Factory: People for Profit" tangent makes it worth sitting through him whinging for the rest of the film.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Another release in a series that just seems timeless
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
A pretty well paced film, unsure why police cars seem to drift all over the place rather than drive in a straight line in during pursuit at slow speeds I think the film had enough action to not require the show boating.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Nup, the english audio track seems to have been dubbed in and was really off putting when it did not come close to matching it would had been ok if it was all in subtitles.

"Stockholm Syndrome : THE MOVIE"

A wafer thin hollywood over the top and at its best but definately worth watching if only for the conference call to the corner store and to see a supermodel throw a punch and show just how far bra technology has come in leaps and bounds, no pun intended

Yeh it has that guy from 24, that aussie guy from cold case & it is a decent flick go figure or go que it

KEIRA KNIGHTLEY is quiet possibly the most georgous woman to have ever lived and aside from a few bad wigs at the start of this epic tale of her character bed hopping with three gentlemen that until disc2 the love scenes were virtually cut out which is such cruelty for a chic flick this long. However that is about as Russian as this movie gets but for the most part the time and period has been recreated somewhat believably aside from the overhead electric trainlines in moscow and the few blatant cut scenes to file footage scenes from the actual period. What really makes this movie is the actress who plays Dr Zhivagos wife, she is the most compelling character and gives an amazing performance also a notable mention of child who plays Zhivago as a young boy. This is remake of an epic so beware if your partner wans to watch this one then the original it is a long time but for the most part a good night in.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
An attempt to give conscience to the sports spectating bloodlusting public using something similar to the bitmap brothers early 90s game of SPEEDBALL. This is shown how the emphasis in many sports today is taken off the actual game played and rather its success is now so reliant on the commercial hype engine of sex, scandal, drugs, sponsorship and brutality. What are you really buying into?
(Maybe) - review by Timothy
Neither horror or thriller, but hey it fills ~82 minutes of your life possibly better investments out there maybe watch this while you wait

An interesting journey into the human condition through the exploration the heart and minds ability to adapt and seek out a souls true identity melded into a post Matrix sci genre spy tale, pay attention and if you are confused watch it again. This is a smart film at times, however if you are a conspiracy theorist you should seek medical advice before viewing this film it may push you over the edge.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
It is starting to show its age being made in '97 even that sounds like a bizarre thing to say less ten years later in '04. Delroy Lindo & Ewan McGregor were cast extremely well but its hard to believe Cameron Diaz's haircut in this decade given she was sex symbol we were saturated with not to long ago, a funnier critique still.
(Worth watching) - review by Timothy
Others may vote otherwise but i loved it, maybe because i thought it would be a, "Crackerjack!" rip-off but was pleasantly surprised, que it up for an easy laugh.

A real struggle to sit through the whole thing if you fell asleep just read the synopsis do not punish yourself
(Don't bother!) - review by Timothy
It really was ahead of its time and the, "making of" in extra features sheds light on how the magic was created

After having lived in the UK I thought the Irish accents were a tad synthetic otherwise a tidy feel good story I shall leave it at that, rent it.

Oww, still cringing at the bit where the guy smacks his head on the ice. A bit odd that there was no clear end or credits but this just left me wanting more.
(Excellent) - review by Timothy
Not really memorable film, more like an hour and a half music clip filled with thumping tracks and a few murders along the way.

A movie about thinking outside the square, cube or even hypercube once you get past the remake of the orignal ideal it can challenge your perception of reality & the size of your flat if you are claustrophobic

Serious business and another Australian Classic you have just to experience and hopefully the company will repress the disc(s) so those who missed out in the first release can buy a piece of history.

When you see Charlie Kauffman in the credits you know its a movie that is going to make you think but this title didnt plot twist as much as I had hoped but you if you are a fan of his work it is obvious he had some hand in where this film leads your mind.

Its Zoolander with cops instead of models, but every now and then we need a laugh at things that try to be funny for example "Ben Stiller".

Australian social commentary at its best, taking the micky out of others, this time in salt lake. i wish i could buy this disc, its not being pressed anymore!
