I like this series, 1 & 2. The actors and production are excellent, often overshadowing the plot. A feature I have never seen before on a Bluray is the "Play with Character Dossier". Be sure to play this version and not just press press play. It sits out the way of the film but you can slide it over, select a character and it gives you an updating summary of each character and how he fits in to the story. Do not miss this feature, it is excellent, It is not something you use on a second play, like a director's commentary, you will really like using it while watching. Excellent for the characters, production and "that"' special feature.

The beginning never really establishes as the lead character as being particularly anal to begin with followed up by the unoriginal "live life while you can" until you discover love is more important than anything. Seen it all before. Was frustrating waiting for the females to stand up a bit more against sexism. Live life while you can only applies to males. Slickly produced but disappointing.

Can't believe the bad reviews, this was something different. Atmospheric, suspenseful and something to think about. For those that do appreciate how a low budget movie can be made so well and don't fall asleep then give a bad review, after the movie ends, go to "select scenes" and watch the first scene again.

Excellent movie. Had no idea what it was about when I went into it so it was an unexpected survival movie. The cinematography, acting, scenery was all greatl Left you with a lot to think about too. Men, especially Liam, running away from life suddenly facing death "Don't move just stare back" but take away from it what you will. It only doesn't get 5 stars in case I see something better, then what?

That went in search of answers but found few, thats for the sequal.. Why did all the cave paintings over thousands of years direct them to a storage facility on an empty moon? We go on a journey for answers and find only questions. And why not use an actual Old Guy instead of a young guy in bad make-up. So many questions.

This is like a "chick flick" for guys. Excellent performances all round but especially John Hurt as an aging cockney gangster. Is there anyone he can't play?

Another good thriller out of Europe. A little far fetched and the subtitles can be fast to keep up with but its worth it.

It’s a kind of action and horror and pretty good at both. As a zombie movie though it has some dusk to dawn about it and some Romero social commentary. Maybe about man's ability to feed on each other or something, with cops out to murder murderers, vague references to the Vietnam war and atrocities in Africa, or maybe some French social commentary, but it doesn't work. It’s just a good action/horror with mostly unlikeable characters.

Excellent movie. Had a great "old" feel about it, but don't expect a thrilling spy film. It's not James Bond, its realistic. A lot of people will hate this.

Rather disappointing. Thought it was going to give you some sense of what the smuggling business was really like. Sigh. So many holes. Why didn't he just kill the guy to start with instead of letting him make him do whatever by threatening his family? Why did the smuggler cause such trouble because the lackey got caught by customs? Part of the game. But the lackey could/should have just gone to the police and made a deal. (no spoilers its the start of the film) Action show but disappointing, expected something like "Traffic".

kind of a necessary conclusion to the series rather than being as good a thriller as the first 2 but a good movie that needs to be seen if you watch the others.

As with most films that they ban, they should be banned because they are just bad movies not because of the conent.

Bits of it seem a little unrealistic :)

Very much a seventies style martial arts with a bit of a twist. The action was made well enough as to not get tedious even though it basically follows the one fighter against a line up of people to chop down right through. Enjoyable. No OH&S on this set.

Well made action film but the underlying thought provoking themes made it really interesting along with stantham's performance. I think one of his best, but he doesn't usually do much acting anyway. This is a love it or hate it film.

It could have been much better at exploring the subject matter, the low budget should not have stopped it. It appears it did though. Okay.

Weird, stylish and interesting thriller. Not as weird as the director's father, but you probably need to be a David Lynch fan to enjoy this. I did.

For a film about international assassins this has to be the dullest, least intriguing and predictable. We don't even know who they are or who or why the swedes are after them. Not that they make much of an attempt. If it weren't for the scenary and Violante Placido continually taking her clothes off there isn't much to raeson to watch this.

Really enjoyable thriller. Great to see a low budget movie that relies on story, atmosphere and performances instead of special effects, big names and stupid storylines.

Just when you think vampire movies have done all they can this comes along. Will be loved by vampire and si-fi lovers. Great cast and interesting moral issues.

It is obviously a revenge movie. Borrows from some other movies including Taxi Driver I thought near the end. Kevin wasn't as good as he can be and like all these movies how does a mild mannered insurance salesman turn into a superhero avenger? But that is the genre. I am giving this four stars because it is very good for the genre rather than overall. If you like this kind of movie you will definitely like this.

B-Grade horror is my favourite genre. This is f***en s***house.

Lucky they got Ms Foster in the lead or this would have been a total dudd of a movie.

Woody Allen's humour is uniquely funny. Christina Ricci is my favourate female actor. Great movie, but I could be biased.

The violence maybe hard for some viewers to take but it was real, this is what violence is really like. As for the backwards running of the movie, I think this is the only way to make it interesting. It is no Momento though (one of my all time favourite movies).

Not a bad B-grade horror with some good scenes and gore but a lot of what is that all about? why are ghosts appearing? and why do that? just get the gun and shoot him, no not the cop the maniac. Still worth a watch but I am a fan of B-grade horror if it is done right.

This doco was inspiring but also sad that the world became so over regulated and then over protective that human passion has disappeared except in its most nasty form. Makes you want to live everyday like you are on a wire.

o Ok, a good TV movie. If you wanr a GOOD movie, take this off you list.

Well made and acted. You will enjoy it if you have an interest in the politics of the time and know a little of the events like the first plane hi-jacking etc. Hard to either sympathise or not with the characters, you just observe them. Really like the relationship to current events and how ordinary people can become radicalised. Must see if you have an interest in these things, if you want just action thriller get something from Hollywood.

Truly disturbing horror movie. The pace change after the twist may not suit everyone but I like the departure from the usual formula horror.

I am someone who has to watch a movie right thru once I start. Lucky because after the first 20 mins or so there are actually some good scenes and the characters and even the acting seem to improve. Low budget Kiwi horror - you get what you get.

Just adding a line on the screen to tell us we are in Berlin or France or where-ever doesn't actually give you a sense of actually being there, like the brilliant Bourne Identity. They may as well have set it all in the US. As for political intrigue-a bank financing poor countries to buy cheap weapons-is this unusual? There is more intrigue and twists in an episode of Law and Order.

This film was captivating. The love story aspect was totally emotional without being spoiled by soppy romance due to the youngsters' ages. Then there was some truly great moments of eerie horror. The slower pace just adds to the eerie atmosphere and makes the subtitles almost unnoticable. Eerie, horrific, emotional and beautiful.

The Joker was maybe the best villian/terrorist you'll see. The character had no conscience or limits but was still likeable - well done Heath. As for the Batman, as with every single Batman movie, boring as Bats..t. Gothem City was not as dark a place as I expected. Still good entertainment. Enjoyed the length and more complex plot.

I think some reviews have been a bit harsh. This is no Sixth Sense but I found the eerieness and suspense intriging enough to keep me interested to the end. Some occasional great scenes.

If you like psychological thrillers you will know that to for it to be good you need good performances and good writing. This is a good psychological thriller. The requisite twists aren't too predictable but not necessarily earth shattering when they come.
