Pretty good schlock-horror style flick with an interesting (but ultimately redundant) storyline about human nature in crisis situations and a really dark ending.

Incredible, captivating, silent film.

I saw this on the ABC, followed by a critical analysis of the science in the film which pointed out several gross inaccuracies and hugely deceptive claims made in the film and its so-called 'experts'. It's interesting (and persuasive!) to see the opposing side of the argument on global warming, but if you do some research on the film, you'll find it's been widely discredited.

This movie was torture. Even the likeable cast can't save this tired, boring, predictable film. I didn't even watch the end.

Even half the cast of the sopranos couldn't save this snorer. The cast just doesn't click and the story seems to go nowhere, although I can't really judge - I was so bored I turned it off after 30 minutes.

Sappy, overly sentimental and boring. It takes an hour for anything to happen and when it does it's so predictable it's like a rejected script for the x-files.
There are some flashes of good direction and cinematography, such a pity they couldn't keep it up for the whole movie.
If they focused more on the story (which, if told well, could have been interesting) and less on the sappy flashbacks, then it could have been a contender...

Stunning cinematography and a brilliant performance from Clooney and the gorgeous Natascha McElhone. It breeds a real sense of growing terror as the film progresses, although it does move quite slowly and takes persistance to watch. Not for those with short attention spans, but a rewarding movie if you can get into it. It was one of those movies where it left my mind racing and I had to sit and contemplate what had happened for a good 10 minutes afterwards.

Genunely creepy & lots of gore, like any good slasher flick!

Despite will smith, it's not a bad film.

This new series lacks the charm of the original. Although the animation is similarly styled, cheezy 3D computer effects and poor characterisation detract from what might have been a decent series.
This is astro boy for the Pokemon generation, GenX fans of the original series need not apply.
Not a bad interpretation of the book, although it got a bit wind-in-the willows...
