Not everyone's cup of tea but I found this darkly enjoyable.

I love both versions (US & UK) and get a kick out of Steve Carell in anything.

Unfortunately, I can't watch 'on-screen' Woody without it being tainted by the 'off-screen' man. His writing is not a huge leap from his own foibles.

Pretty full on but an intriguing journey. Not everyone will enjoy but I thought it was good.

Mr Rush shows his amazing range - is there anything he can't do??

I love this film!

I really like Jake G. and Anthony H. but am not a Gyneth fan. I think they stretched a short plot out too much for me. Depends on what you like but I was expecting more.

Won't be everyone's taste this one. Very bleak in parts and a 'warts and all' approach to the effects of a marriage breakdown on a family.

I think Toni Collette is overrated and this movie tries too hard. Great cast which lifts what generally only has a few moments that I was drawn to. Maybe I expected too much after the hype.

Most peolpe don't get films like this that don't serve them up nice tidy messages with clearly defined good & bad guys - shame really but I guess that explains Spiderman 3 making millions. Great acting and good on Jen Aniston for taking on a role of someone who is is flawed and has some not so nice personality traits. Very brave. Too much reality for some.

Great performace from Newman as a not so likeable character. I enjoyed this one!

Has Speilberg written all over it. Nostalgia had me revisit this one and I think it is fab. Took less than 2 weeks to film and is an early example of road rage at its' best/worst...

Stunning and original. Casting is perfect and no weak links in this amazing film. Director's commentary shows that the ego of Sam Mendes is out of control and he is his own biggest fan - my pity goes out to his wife Kate Winslet.

Did well to make a watchable movie about chess!

Gene Hackman always compelling and sad to think this is loosely based on reality (see Ford Pinto). Really enjoyed this film.

Great acting from a young cast. I love Rob Reiner directed movies generally, and another great bit of story-telling from Stephen King.

Depressing to think the drug trade has created so much corruption and crime due to the massive amounts of money it generates. This is not a movie to uplift but star performances and story are engrossing.

Very realistic and moving. Bonus extras on the DVD give insights into the lives of the families left behind by the tragedy. I found the movie rivetting.

Depends on your tastes - very popular movie but I am not a fan and found it hard to stomach.

Brilliant animation and funny to boot!

Found this great even though I am not a Johnny Cash fan in the least. Fanastic performances by Phoenix and Witherspoon.

Wasn't expecting too much but really enjoyed this movie. Fascinating insight into Japanese culture and beautifully shot.

I was disappointed - much preferred Ron Burgundy.

Clever script and fab cast - especially Hathaway & Streep. Good lesson in following one's own compass and the lures of superficial episodes along the way.

Great cast but I found this to be long and a "one-trick pony". I can why some would love it but for me it couldn't be over soon enough.

Performances are superb and I found this to be movie to be compelling viewing. Love all the DVD extras - interviews reveal a lot which enriches the experience further.

Three Colours Bland. I am a fan of a lot of foreign films but was disappointed in this slow film I had heard so many rave reviews for. Can see how some may be fans but too contrite for me.

I really enjoyed this movie - great perfomances from Streep, Hathaway and cast.

Won't appeal to everyone.

In my opinion, not up to the same standard of the first two, but it is fun to watch if you enjoyed them. Constantly amazed with how far special effects have progressed.
