Weird mix of a cast with some international superstars (De Niro, Statham and Owen) mixed with some local lads (Matt Nable, Firass Dirani, Ben Mendelsohn and Grant Bowler) to deliver a pretty bland action thriller. Some may enjoy but I found kind of clunky and boring.

It's always amusing when a movie like this is released as to how it polarises people into two groups - The Cynics who believe it is fake and therefore can't possibly be entertaining and The Thankful who enjoy the flim for what it is, an interesting and entertaining documentary which gives insight into the social media driven world we have created for ourselves and how humans will always find a way manipulate these mediums for their own personal gain

Intriguing story about boy from backwoods China makes his way to America, falls in love with an American girl and gets married, as a result gets banned from ever returning home and seeing his family again but some years later after much partitioning and haranguing of Chinese govt eventually does go home to see his family again. It's a bit of a familiar theme so question how much the story has been embellished by Hollywood

I actually had this waiting in my queue when Osama Bin Laden was found and assassinated. Watching it post that event it's amazing how the Americans didn't find him earlier as it seems anyone you asked in Afghanistan knew he was in Peshawar in Pakistan

I really enjoyed this film except towards the end where two blokes are telling the joke to their infant children. Seems like a lot of reviewers missed the point. This is more an insight into the history of stand up through the evolution of one joke from the old vaudeville days to today and how the version has to continually change to meet the ever lowering shock standards of society.

I understand how some people could view this movie as an 'Al Gore for president' campaign trailer however, to be sceptical about the whole issue of global warming is ridiculous. Do you people live in an airtight container under the sea ? (if you did, you'd probably notice the water temperature increasing).
Melting polar ice-caps and million year-old glaciers, extreme drought, severe hurricanes all as a result of reduced rainforests and increased carbon emmisions.......and some people believe it's fiction ! C'mon !!
