You've Got Mail delivers all the wit, charm and warmth you'd expect from a reunion of the stars (Tom Hanks, Meg Ryan) and director (Nora Ephron) of Sleepless in Seattle. Greg Kinnear, Parker Posey, Jean Stapleton and more talented co-stars add perfect support in this modern romance in which superstore book chain magnate Hanks and cozy children's bookshop owner Ryan are anonymous e-mail cyberpals who fall head-over-laptops in love, unaware they are combative business rivals. You've got rare Hollywood magic when You've Got Mail.

2 weeks notice with Hugh grant and Sandra bullock was MUUUUUch better! This vehicle was just a hardly believable, soppy and cheesy outing for both this pair......Seen better!

Not a Tom Hanks fan but his character here is almost credible. Meg Ryan does her bit very well. Kinda nice movie and doesn't go over the top in the soppy department. The email story is now aging a bit but it does capture a period about a decade ago. Worth watching

entertaining story, where a superstorebook chain magnet Tom Hanks falls in love with Meg Ryan via enomous email cyderpals, who owns a small book store which goes out of business after the opening of the superstore bookchain

Tom Hanks and Meg Ryan were great communicating over the email unaware of their real life business battles, but of course all is ultimately forgiven as they are united.
