London Is Not Only Losing Her Soul To The Americans, She's Selling It.

John Harris (Harvey Keitel), a tough New York narcotics cop is seconded to London apparently to help Scotland Yard unravel a spate of drug-related killings resulting from the expansion of America's drug racketeers into Europe. Privately, however, his aim is to nail Carl Fraser (Viggo Mortensen), the cool Mr Big who he's sure is behind it.

Driven by an obsession to get his man, Harris and UK cop Foster (Iain Glen) recruit tennager Chris O'Neil - a clubland barman eager for revenge after the murder of his father in America's latest legacy of gangland violence. And as they edge ever closer to the kill, London braces itself for a bloody battle in which the young suspects will ultimately become the victims...

Very good, I enjoyed the story line plus not dubbed which is always better as I am deaf and lip read so dubbed movies drive me mad.

Reasonable film, slightly uneven. Director favours long silent meaningful glances between protagonists. :-)
