Wrong Turn 4 follows a group of friends that decide to go snowmobiling during their winter break. Getting lost in a storm, they seek shelter in an abandoned sanatorium. They are completely isolated by the storm and are thankful they can get out of the elements. But the sanatorium has a troubled past, and some of its former patients still reside there and are not happy about the intrusion. In a deadly game of cat and mouse, the college kids must fight to survive the night.

these movies are sooo bad that they are entertaining. they have over the top blood & guts. i don't know why i like these movies as they are really quite sickening, i guess its the mutant cannibal hillbilly things

In the tradition of wrong turn movies...gratuitous nudity, college kids being bad and getting set up for the slaughter. That's all it is. A little bit of mindless entertainment. Average acting and weak storyline aside, set dressing was amazing as well as cinematography.... it certainly is a very good looking film.

Complete rubbish. Turned it off after 10 minutes & even then I don’t know how I lasted that long watching it...Stay with the first one.

Nothing wrong with a good horror movie, I love them. But this was worst than the other Wrong Turn movies put together. Horrifingly brutal & too realistic. YUK! YUK!

Right from the beginning, you see the deformed guys clearly (thanks for the effect of surprise) and the make up is really bad (you can obviously figure out that they're masks on faces...) so is that gonna be enough to make this film a scary one? It's not a good start! The director hopes that gore cliches soft sex scenes will be enough and rely on such.
Obviously all the cliches (Also in the previous WT) are present including dumb young adults, some sex scenes just to make sure... The rest is in the synopsis! The dialogues are very bad and with such, you cant expect much more from the actors. OMG why do I keep renting this type of garbage when I know about everything that's gonna happen before it does! For what I remember, the first WT was quite strong and a nice hell ride into hell. WT4 storyline is simply too lame. While WT the original gave you no time to breath, WT4 is a boring movie as exciting as Friday the 13th 100 sequels made and bringing absolutely nothing to the genre. If you want to see dumb good looking chicks and guys to get murdered by nasties who in addition look like clowns wearing monster masks, get this!

Yep it's a wrong turn movie mutant hillbillies eating people alive. The new setting brings to mind Cold Prey and would like to think they were paying homage to it but Hollywood does not tend to recognize foreign films when they can just rip them off. Not a I now pronounce you chuck and larry rip off just similar that's all.

The opening showed premise but lacked the follow up. B grade acting ( dark chick was a joke).. wasn't a complete waste though as the kill scenes where gory and kept me watching. so all in all ok for a lower grade horror.
