Just letting you know when I recieved the wild disk on blu ray it wouldn't play in my blue ray player so I had a look at the disc and it had chips on it and a small crack in the disc around the edge. I wasn't very happy about not being able to see it.

So-so. The movie appeals to ages 5-8, but as usual contains scenes that are much too scary for these young viewers. Choose something else.

Its ok. My kids are big madagascar and ice age fans, so this just looks like a mash-up of those two. Animation is more "realistic" than the disney pixar style of madagascar and the actors (voices) aren't as "famous" so its easier to forget that its a cartoon. My kids watched it 8 times during the week so it can't be too bad, but I thought it was just borderline funny.

Well, what can i say, it was rather mediocre really. Nothing really stood out to me, the animation is no better than say the first Shrek, the story is too similar to Madagascar, the characters are more annoying than endearing. Its a shame, while it was mildly entertaining, i wouldn't be in a hurry to watch it again or to recommend it.

There is nothing new here but this film is very enjoyable just the same. The animation is beautiful and the voices perfectly cast. Even the very English-sounding Koala could be forgiven because he is just hilarious. If you liked Ice Age, you'll enjoy this one.
