Bullock (especially) and Pullman (who appears only after the first 1/2 hour) hold this film together and turn it into a delightful piece of schmalzy candyfloss - a delight.

Anything with Sandra Bullock is good, but a very entertaining story leading from confusion at a hospital to Sandra being taken in bya well meaning but humourous family and finally being a love story as she falls for the victim's brother.
