Great movie, with a very clever if somehwat different way of telling a story, at first I thought of shades of Groundhog Day, but this was far from it. Well worth watching.

Nice gimmick of replaying events from multiple viewpoints revealing more with each play through. Lots of moments that make you gasp with realisation, but disappointing that there are a lot questions left unanswered at the end. A thrilling ride but slightly unsatisfying end.

The end was ok, watching the first part 15 times got a bit tiresome though.

WOW - this was a great movie - the whole idea of the movie was terrific. I ahve never seen a movie that used this kind of 'perspective' before.

Loved it. Although parts of the plot were no surprise, enough twists to keep me on the edge of my seat, and great car chase sequence!

Would've been better if didn't keep skipping back showing similar events as one could vocus on the movie better I felt if wasn't done like the news. Still worth watching.

Thoroughly enjoyed the movie - was a bit disconcerting at first with the change back to the start of flashback to reveal the different vantage points but after a couple, got into the swing of things. Well acted - definitely worth watching.

Although this film starts out very promisingly - great premise, enticing storyline, edgy characters - it quickly descends into Hollywood schlock. About as believable as a kids' fantasy tale.

If you haven't seen Rashomon you'd probably think this was quite original. Telling a story from different perspectives Vantage Point starts off well. It's quick and tightly edited. The mistake was to keep rewinding frantically at the end of each character's 'version' of events. It's lame and annoying. By the end you're sick of it and don't really care who 'did it'.

Good to watch and watch two or three times to keep track of the story. A little contrived though, but forgivable.

Replaying the story from different "vantage points" means you have to sit through the same overblown, hackneyed tripe six times. Dennis Quaid frowns a lot.

There are a few holes and a lot of implausabiles in this movie, but it still managed to keep us interested. Quite a good cast for such small roles.

This is like 8 or so little mini movies all revolving around the same event from different viewpoints. After the first 4 or so you start to become a little concerned that it's getting a bit tedious but stick with it. The subsequent stories expand on the initial 10 minutes that the movie deals with slowly revealing more and more of the story to explain the day's events. Reasonable acting, sets, affects and script although some of the intertwinings are a bit too contrived. Don't think too much, just watch for entertainment.

This is approximately 8 mini movies all revolving around the same event. You start to get concerned after the first 4 or so as they specifically focus on around 10 minutes of the same event from essentially the same location but stick with it as the stories soon start to expand, each revealing more of the puzzle which finally explains the days occurences (some of which feels a little too contrived). This has decent acting, filming, sets and effects but the way some aspects of the stories get intertwined pushes the reality boundaries a little. Don't think too much, just watch it as entertainment.

Good thriller and tight direction. Very interesting concept of the different views of the same event. Some of the plot was a little predictable though but welll made and good fun and fast paced. Worth the watch!

Stellar performances from a stellar cast, although the script does let this movie down a bit, I think it would be better to let the audience try to figure things out for themselves a bit more. The real shining trait of this movie is the change of attitudes towards war, war on terror and peace processes. We had to watch it twice to ensure that those words really came out of an American's mouth.

A fabulous bunch of professional actors did a great job with this suspense thriller. The music did a lot to increase my enjoyment of this film. The continued return to the scene of the crime took a bit of getting used to, but was worth it in the end. Enjoyable thriller.

A thriller that keeps you on the edge of the seat. It's an interesting and unique premise to see the same event from half a dozen different people's perspectives. The movie is spoilt by a car chase that goes on for far too long, and the longer it goes the less credibility it has. The interviews in the DVD extras with the key players in the production put the whole effort into perspective for the viewer - once you've seen the movie.

good idea but ruined totally by cliched characters, hollywood formats and an overly american agenda.

This was a great movie all the acting was A-grade, and plot was excellent. Seeing the action from all the view points of the main characters was very well done and moving the story along with every "flashback" was very interesting to move the story along.

Edge of the seat the view point seen from all vantage points was very well done and doesn't have you losing interest in the movie. Acting was of the standard expected from this calibre of actors.

The whole premise of this movie where the same event is played out multiple times from various people's points of view makes it a little repetitive but at the same time it is interesting to see how it all fits together. The good cast makes it worth a look.

Fantastic!!!!! Brilliantly acted, well-filmed and very well done. Highly recommended. A genuine, original thriller/action movie in a genre that is fast-becoming predictable in the hands of other film-makers.

Hollywood comes to Spain! Also, lousy security. They needed our Sydney 2000 mob to look after things, but that would've turned a stupid film into a stupid boring film. The continual repeats at the beginning where tiresome.

Pretty average movie, which is as long as it need to be. Any longer and there would have been bloodshed. This movie have some serious stretches, where almost all of them are simply improbable. You've been warned. Both Dennis Quaid, Forest Whitaker and William Hurt seriously mail in their performances. All their cue cards must have been written in big block letters.

Tightly paced film with the story revealed in steadily more detailed flashbacks - excellent - hard to believe it's all over in about 85 minutes. Better this than its more bloated - and less exciting - brethren.

You need to pay attention to pick up everything in this film. The first three quarters rewinds to show each characters point of view before the big action packed climax grabs you by the seat of your pants and takes you on a joyride. Very well writeen, great cast and well acted movie. Would have got five stars if it wasn't for...well that would just ruin it. Watch this movie.
