Twin Peaks - Fire Walk with Me (1992)

Essentially a prequel to David Lynch and Mark Frost's earlier tv series Twin Peaks. The first half-hour or so concerns the investigation by FBI Agent Chet Desmond into the murder of waitress Teresa Banks. The film then cuts to one year later and follows the events during one week in the life of Laura Palmer, a story which was later to motivate much of the series.

Not often a movie from a tv series works, but this really puts another level to the series. Hardcore, but excellent!!!

You must now watch the tv series if not already done so! Great weird stuff typical of David Lynch.

fans of the series will love this. Though still enjoyable if you havent seen the TV show though you may not rearly know what's goin on. This movie will be 5 stars when they release (if ever) the special ed. dvd which should have the hour or so missing from the film that was cut.
