On the morning of Christmas Eve, a terrorist sets off an explosion that rocks the Federal building and unleashes a toxic gas throughout the ventilation system. His purpose is to expose the Government's secret biological warfare weapon - a deadly virus that instantly attacks a person's adrenal system, causing them to become inhumanly aggressive with an uncontrollable urge to kill each other.

As per the reviewers said below. Don't bother with this. I can sit through pretty horrible movies providing that they're entertaining or so dumb that they're funny. This has zero redeeming features...doesn't even give you something nice to look at. Bad acting all around. After 50 minutes in, nothing has happened....didn't bother with the other 30 minutes. Poor. One star because Quickflix gave an error message when I tried to put zero stars...I would if I could.

it appears america (hollywood) is making more 'don't bothers' as apposed to 'bother' movies these days. This is another one of the now common boring 'don't bothers'
