Space Chimps is a comedy adventure about two NASA-trained chimpanzees; Luna (Cheryl Hines), a well trained, disciplined, typical “company woman”, and Ham (Andy Samberg), a classic good-natured goof-ball - who have to forego their usual comforts and live like animals when their space mission propels them into a distant universe. Forced to land on a magical planet they find a world inhabited by a host of wonderful animals and ruled over by a vicious king.

I went in with very low expectations about this one, and it is always good to come out the other end feeling my expectations have been met, and exceeded. This was harmless and silly, but, ultimately, fun. Good for kids and grown ups alike.

The animation doesn't come close to matching that of Pixar but it's a fun little film. With it's short running time, it gets straight down to business and because of that there's little explanation but there are also no lags. The vocal talents are pretty well cast and makes for an entertaining film. Nothing "special" but worth a look.

Definately not for the younger generation, they would miss the plot entirely. My 13 year old liked it but we thought it could of been alot better.
Good for young teens maybe and really young children that just enjoy cartoons :D

Quite a boring kids movie, they enjoyed it but only watched it once which says alot when they usually watch movies over and over..

Ugh! One for the kids. Made like Saturday morning kid's TV animation, only with a bigger budget (slightly).
