Strong violence
Bob Lee Swagger (Mark Wahlberg) - an ace marksman living in self-exile in the Arkansas wilderness after causing the death of an innocent person - is persuaded by his former associates that they need his help to prevent an assassination and who is subsequently double-crossed and framed for the presidential assassination he was trying to prevent. He is forced to go on the run while trying to track down the real killer and discover the truth about who betrayed him.

Agree with the love or hate verdict but I loved it. Found it fast paced and also thought the acting was excellent. Maybe the ending was a bit weak but I agree with the director’s choice. Best movie I’ve seen in AGES.

Massive body count.. Would put 007 to shame. Looked good on Blu-Ray. Not really believable but enjoyed it any way..

Thisis one of those movies you will either love or hate. I thought it was worthwhile watching and a reasonably good adaption of Stephen Hunter's book, "Point of impact" - I do recommend reading the book as well. moves along well enough and the plot is surprisingly good.
