Just awesome, one of the greatest Sci-fi films of all time.... but watching the series first is a necessity. Nathan Fillion is perfectly cast as the outlaw Captain Malcolm Reynolds.

Love this film. Am a Big Josh Wheddon fan but even if you're not this movie is worth the watch. Then if you love it watch the first (and only) season of Firefly (the tv show the movie is based on) Clever writing, fun sci-fi action romp, with something to say.

Joss Whedon does it again, makes a good gripping movie that has great acting and is really a lot of fun. Nathan Fillion (from Castle) turns in a great performance as Mal, the role he originated in Firefly... heck the entire cast turns in performances that are fantastic, almost better than their Firefly performances. If you get to watch this movie I couldn't reccomend the Blu Ray version higher, just because this movie has some stunning visuals and seeing them in HD makes them even more impressive

Adam BALDWIN needs to stick to television. As CASTLE he makes a great actor, not so in this one. Very lame, very lame indeed...

Wow, probably the worst flick I've seen since maybe Forbidden Dance (movie about the Lambada) or Gymkata.
