Although a little predictable. I just love movies that make you feel warm and fuzzy inside!

Totally superb movie - one of the best we've seen in a very long time. Great acting by all; really worth your time - it will almost certainly have you close to tears in parts. The story is made better by the fact that it's based on real events and history. Steve

A by-the-numbers recounting of the story of Big Red (Secretariat) America's champion horse who raced, brilliantly, in the 80's. The race scenes are poorly staged and there is just no excitment. Diane Lane tries hard but is given very little to build on. Other characters are cardboard cutouts. The extras featuring the real owner of Secretariat are far more fascinating and the real races are tremendous, though, necessarily, not of high quality.
