Director: Kevin Greutert
Actors: Tobin Bell, Costas Mandylor, Shawnee Smith, Betsy Russell

The story continues after the events of Saw V, where detective Mark Hoffman (Costas Mandylor) walks out of the glass box and leaves no trails leading to him as Agent Strahm's murderer. Forensics have yet to discover Strahm and his missing body when a young teenager is found to be the latest survivor of the Jigsaw games. To Hoffman's surprise, he claims that Jigsaw could not have tested the boy, since he knows he did not test him himself. The survivor, known as Garett, reveals the circumstances of his trap to Hoffman, who interrogates him. At this point, Hoffman is shocked to find Garett was targeted, even though Garett did nothing wrong in his life to make him a candidate for being "tested". Fearing that he may make himself too obvious or that Garett could soon discover his secret, Hoffman throws him into a vast game in which hopefully his secret will die with Garett. However, we have yet to realize that Garett's role in the games may have an unexpected turn of events in the Saw franchise...

They should have stoped after 3 afterall thats when saw ended and bad acting and large amouts of gore began. THis is alot better then 4 and 5 but doesnt rank with the first 3. For me the franchise goes 1,2,3,6,5,4. havent scene the 7th yet i am a saw fan and only put them on my queue to rewatch but i am kinda over it. 3.5/5

Not a bad movie, not as good as the first few, had some interesting twists and tied up a lot of loose ends. The end was a bit weird given it is supposed to be the final one.

I think they did a good job of ending the series. No questions were left unanswered. And how they made the last guy die was just brutal!!!! I enjoyed it....I think it kept with the series but was a bit tamer as they had to end it in a way that would leave more questions

This is a good saw, enjoyed it as it links it all together and loved the fact it was left open at the end to possibly make a saw 7!! I gave it 5 stars as saw movies are my favourite!

Much better than the 5th installment, but lacked the awesome twists and turns of the first couple. Opening scene though was up their with the the best in terms of shock and gore. Saw fans won't be disappointed.

Good film. Great to see Tobin Bell and Shawnee Smith back (only if in flashback scenes).

There really isn't much I haven't seen before so it takes a lot to shock me, but while I give credit to the imaginations of the creators of this film, this is pretty damned disgusting. It's a shame they didn't use that power to give us a decent storyline. The first few were unique and scary although very twisted, but frankly the whole saga is just getting boring now, the plot has now been lost. :-(

I love all these Saw movies, from Saw 1 to Saw 6. I find that every Saw movie movie is alays better than the one before. If u have watched any of the Saw movies, then u know what u r in for, but if this is the 1st time u have watched Saw, u might find it a bit grose but ultimatly all the Saw Fans love it. I have no bad words to say about it except that I hope there is going to be a SAW 7. I ove it sooo much as I love horror

Definitely left room for yet another sequel. Tied up a few loose ends, but still quite a disjointed story, where you can never be too sure of the timeline!

A strong sequel, better than the previous one in my opinion. Don't expect a surprising twist like the 2 first of the series however the first trap/scene is certainly the most shocking of all so far. Won't disappoint any SAW fans that's for sure.

Everything you would expect from a SAW instalment and more! Always with the twist, gruesome and probably the most violent of the movies so far. Still a must for fans of the story.

Turned off after first scene. Utterly disgusting. Whoever rated this movie as MA15 needs to reassess their career options. Maybe an executioner in Middle Ages England.

After part 5 nearly derailed the series I had fears 6 would be worse but Im pleasantly surpised that this is the best one since Part 1. The remaining person who was working for Jigsaw escapes but put in plan another series of tests for more victims who are tied to John. Acting is brill as always and the direction throws in plenty of plot twists and answers the burning questions of what was in the box? and the letter Amanda read in part 3(NO spoliers but the answers should satisfy). The traps are more carefully planned out this time and still are as inventive as ever. Awesome speical effects with plenty of blood and gore that is impressive for the MA rating. But despite being neatly wrapped up they still are filming part 7 for this year in 3D. Def worth a rental for Saw fans.
