Andalucia, in the southwest of Spain, is a land of high mountain forests, wide river plains and the sea.It is the land of dramatic flamenco dancers and heady sherry, of olive groves, Arabian horses and of heart stirring music.
The Cradle of My Being
The Languedoc, in southwestern France, is an area of high mountain plateaus and wide plains tied to a Mediterranean culture. Mountain streams, forests and Sète, one of the largest fi shing ports on the Mediterranean, provide bountiful materials for their robust culinary tastes.
