A very good film spoiled by poor sound levels and no subtitles. After straining to hear what the characters were saying, we were blasted out of our chairs by cars and guns when the scenes changed.
Despite this shortcoming, this will make viewers think about the war in Iraq, and the ethics of using military contractors for work previously done by soldiers. Good performances throughout.
A powerful movie about a dirty war and the psychological changes it imposes on the lives of those directly and indirectly involved. The only real fault I could find was the very broad accents, which you obviously can't edit. It just gave me the willys having to rewind in order to get what was said and in a lot of cases it was crucial to the story. Often, even then it was unintelligible and unfortunately there was no option for subtitles. I can't believe this wasn't up for a handful of awards, it's a blast.
A little slow and a bit hard to follow but worth the wait
good movie, flicks back to the past a bit which was a tad confusing at times but as the story unfolded it got me in and I found it entertaining.
very disappointed with this movie, only managed to sit through 30 minutes of it.
