Four young friends on a camping adventure in the outback are chased and deliberately run off the highway by the Road Train - a massive and unrelenting two-trailer truck. Stranded amongst the wreckage of the near fatal crash, their only option is to approach the Road Train, now standing parked in the near distance. But the driver's seat is empty and the truck appears abandoned. When gunshots break the silence they commandeer the monstrous vehicle and take to the road. They soon discover that what lies inside the trailers will prove more terrifying than anything they've experienced. The next town is only three hours away but the next town is somewhere they might never reach. Intense and action packed, ROAD TRAIN is a trip into madness and murder. Take a journey on the highway to hell.

Is it a competent B grade movie - I think so. I enjoyed the claustrophobic feel generated by the small cast even thought they were in a wide open landscape.
An ok movie competently done.

I did not get to see any more than 10 minutes of this movie as it was faulty, it just got in so far roughly at the 10 minute mark and stalled , so i got nothing for my money, again

Oh my this was so bad! Do not bother seeing it as I will never get the time back I waisted trying to see if it would improve. Evil truck killing people using there bodies as fuel to keep going and to continue killling innocent travellers... just rubbish.

This is without doubt one of the absolute worst movies I have ever seen. Utter and complete rubbish. No storyline to speak of and lots of gratuitous violence. Give this one a big miss

Never agood sign when you start thinking about a movie you've watched instead of the one you're watching. If you want a haunted vehicle story hire or read Christine. The upside to this one is the scenery (but I'm from the red centre and get that looking out the window) and the cast.

Poor. Totally crazy storyline which didn't really explain itself...reading between the lines didn't help either. Only good thing was the good looking cast. Cinematography was nice but didn't make up for the totally insane story.

I was excited to see that it was an Australlian/South Australian movie, until it started. 2 hours of time wasted.

I thought this movie may have been up there with good aussie flicks like Wolf Creek and The Loved Ones, my mistake, this movie was a great disappointment!
It started off ok but then the plot just lost me and the ending, well if you are really, really, really bored and need to kill some time then i guess you could watch and see what you think. I know Its nearly 2 hours of my life i will never get back!
