Animal slaughter and infrequent coarse language

Director: John Lonsdale
Actor: Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall

Hugh Fearnley-Whittingstall takes his philosophy of grow-your-own, catch-it and-cook-it yourself to the people. Each week Hugh plays host to a group whose approach to food could hardly be further from his own: fast food addicts, ready meal junkies, and convenience-obsessed non-cooks. His challenge: to change their ways forever, in just one week. He'll have them working on the farm, bonding with the livestock, digging the garden and, of course, doing all the cooking for themselves. So, can Hugh really persuade them to ditch the microwave, bury the burgers, and start cooking delicious, wholesome, seasonal meals from scratch?

Great viewing for those who like the idea of being self sustainable. A look into the the lives of some who have no idea what they are eating. Turning a vegan into a meat eater has its moments!
