Don't waste your time on watching this one. Very bad acting, low budget and terrible camera work. Nurses would definitely not have worn such short skirts in those days, let alone wear so much heavy make-up at work. Amazing how that girl's make-up stayed so perfectly intact after spending a night sleeping in a barn! The battle scenes were laughable as they must have used Christmas crackers for the 'explosions'.
absolute rubbish bad acting
Other reviewers of this movie have been harsh, and rightly so! What a stinker. It may have had a small budget but that doesn't excuse it, there have been plenty of small budget movies which have been a thousand times better than this rubbish. I usually select my Quickflix movies from reviews either in the newspaper or by Margaret and David, but surely this can never have received any favourable review. I gave it one star as I thought that was the minimum, but can we give zero? If so this deserves it.

Without a doubt the worst movie I have ever seen! In two scenes the German army are driving a 1970s VW Beetle. The female lead has lips that would make Mick Jagger's mum proud. When did 1944 nurses wear dresses about 12" above the knee? A Waffen SS soldier was wearing a checked shirt under his uniform complete with a wide tie!
The invading Russian army looked a hell of a lot like the Invading US Army, just in different uniforms. CGI blasts from shore batteries, not very good CGI at that. Tanks being hit by armor piercing rounds, you could tell they had been hit, because, there was a small puff of smoke, then everyone jumped out and laid on the ground.
Notwithstanding all the preceding comments, the absolute highlight was when the heroin died, not so much RADA as nada as in nix nada, which sums up the talent in this film.
How the heck did this garbage ever make it to DVD?
Everybody before me is 100% right. Please, Quickflix, remove this from your collection.
About 10 minutes into the movie a VW Beetle is parked in the background. This movie is set in the 2nd World War.
If you believe this badly-acted, poorly shot movie the D-Day invasion of Normandy was carried out by a handful of soldiers in just two landing craft and a single aeroplane. The so-called heroine with her pouting over-blown lips and false eyelashes was an absolute pain. Comparing this low-budget effort to Tom Hanks' magnificent "Saving Private Ryan" is like comparing a flute of vintage champagne to a glass of cheap cola. Dont bother
Utter garbage. Couldn't watch much of this movie. Everything about it was so bad. In seems as though someone filmed it using a smartphone......very jittery on the screen. Shame on those distributing or hiring this movie in our country.
Rubbish, badly acted and spoke German with an American accent
Horrible movie, so B grade and so noticable, explosions no bigger than a firecracker, re3ally poor acting and so obvious
don't bother
Terrible plot, scripts, acting, sets and makeup, complete waste of time
Don't bother, dreadful script, woeful acting.
