A criminal on the run cons his way into the wrong dinner party, where the host is anything but ordinary. John Taylor (Clayne Crawford) has just robbed a bank. He planned and executed it perfectly. It comes as a shock to him when he discovers the robbery is all over the news and he has been identified as the perp. Injured from the robbery, and now in a car known to the cops, John has a problem. He must ditch the vehicle and get off the streets. Warwck Wilson (David Hyde Pierce) has showered, shaved and is in the middle of preparing the dinner party that he will be hosting that evening. Warwick is a little surprised when the intercom of his slick Los Angeles home buzzes. The man on the intercom screen introduces himself as John, a friend of a friend and in need of a favour. Warwick who prides himself on being a perfect host decides to take a chance and invites John in. As the night progresses neither man can conceal his true nature. What was assumed is turned upside down.

This was a strange one but as a fan of David Hyde Pierce it was good to see him stretched. A good role for an actor. Slightly disturbing black comedy with some twists. Not predictable.

Not at all what I had expected. Bit weird for me but kept me intrigued as to what might happen. Hmmm HATE THOSE ENDINGS!! hE SURELY HAD TO GET HIS JUST DESERTS. More cops must have been hiding somewhere!!! I just like neat endings. Great acting by all.

The was totally not what I was expecting, even after watching the preview! I was great! We all thoroughly enjoyed this movie, it was especially good after a wee choof of some grass! :)

I was nicely surprised. Hyde was excellent and not many could have carried it as he did. You'll understand by watching it. Nice twists too. So if the start looks like a no budget flick, just wait and see, you also be surprised.

A movie that is full of twists and turns. Everything is not what it seems and I really enjoyed it. Only problem was not associating the lead role with Nialls Crane!

What a surprise for a small budget film. Plenty of interesting little turns and the things of black comedy to keep you guessing, and just when I thought I had it all worked out a few times, too.
Had to really love Warwick and was bemused by the way he walked, kind of like a duck. Funny that duck was to be served at the table that evening!
Highlight of the film were the host and party guests dancing to a classic 70s disco hit.

VERY SLOW To start with, but if you can put up with that for 25-30mins it actually turns out to be a really good movie! Had me laughing so many times!

I nearly turned it off a couple of times as I was getting squeamish but I'm glad I persevered. Hilarious. Never seen anything like it!!

I also watched it twice - yes, there are a couple of small holes in the plot, but explainable. DHP was amazing - almost playing 3 characters with the plot twists. Cant get over the other guy... is it Clayne Crawford ... he looks so much like a young Ray Leolta. This is much more than I expected.

Slow, low budget and boring. Thats 2 hours I won't get back.
Even with the small twists I would not recommend this film.

Wow, what a change we see in David Hyde Pierce from our beloved 'Niles' on Frasier....... For any fan, you will not be disappointed. David Hyde Pierce is exceptional in this flick. It is not your average movie by any means and will keep you interested all the way to the magnificent conclusion.

Grabs your attention in the first five minutes and just keeps going. David Hyde Pierce subtly becomes delightfully menacing as the story unfolds plus there are a few nice twists and turns. HIghly recommended

Just like the book that I read as a kid and the ABC tv series (watched as a kid). Paced well. Never thought the evil guys would be so Lovecraft themed.
