Pathfinder - Legend of the Ghost Warrior (2008)

A great action movie to watch, really enjoyed this

Can't help it, I really enjoyed this. Yes, not much story, heaps of action with lots of people dying, but fun nevertheless. And as someone has already pointed out. Karl Urban spend most of the movie running around semi naked - bonus! Got to be worth it for that alone.

Hoooooh my god, what a waste of an hour. The dialogue is like that in porn movies - just there so everyone's got an excuse to - in this case, hit someone, cut their heads off, or go on long and disconcertingly disjoined rambles through very pretty countryside. If they'd given the Vikings more of a human side it would have had some depth - as it was, the movie is just flat, drab, badly scripted and poorly cut. Yeah, don't waste your time. This was worse than Statham's turn in "In the Name of the King" ... and that's a bold statement.

This film was a bit of a tedious mess. It wanted to be Lord of the Rings, Black Robe, Dances with Wolves and Conan the Barbarian all at the same time, but failed to have any heat. The one and only reason to watch this movie is two hours of Karl Urban wearing breechclout! There, I said it!

No plot, just violence. Very dark even in the daytime shots (i think there were some). I had seen enough by about half way through but watched it to the end out of respect for the money I payed for it.

Not much of a plot to work with, but loads of action and violence, and beautifully shot.

Probably a good movie but not my kind of movie. I fell asleep after the first 20 minutes or so, but that is not unusual for me.

If you dispel any notions of historical or cultural accuracy this movie is an OK action flick. . . . fairly preposterous but watchable.

Took half the movie to start caring about the characters, and quite thin on the plot unfortunately. The thin plot is sort of helped by the deleted scenes features at the very least. But if you enjoy Karl Urban in a loin cloth killing stuff, it's quite a treat. Really innovative fight scenes.

Similar to Apocalypto and 1000 BC. The mountain scene is quite exciting though.

Good flick, sort of a Apocolypto cross 10,000 BC type of movie.

Good movie, not what I expected, but a solid action adventure movie to keep you interested and entertained.

Every now and again to take a gamble with picking a movie and it pays off. This was surprisingly enjoyable! Very little dialogue - action packed, lots of fighting scenes with enough variation to not become dreary, good plot and acting, characters developed enough that you cared about them, satisfying ending. Great!

Absolute crap. It would be great for Hollywood to bring out a movie which actually has a story line not just violence

Perhaps being female was my problem with this film...I enjoy battles and mayhem as much as the next, but this seemed all too dark, messy and uneccessary.

Hubby's movie, but he gave it the thumbs up. A little dark in places made it a little hard to view, but the story itself was very good. Not really recommended for children, a little too much violence for them.

Good acting, stunning scenery and a great story. All come together to make this an excellent movie to watch.

If you are not looking for anthing remotely resembling historical accuracy or truth than this movie with its numerous fighting scenes should appease those with a thirst for violence and action. Worth watching but not a clasic in my view

This was very well done, non high profile actors doing a very good job, highly recommend.

This is certainly not as bad as the critics made out when it was released in the cinemas. Tight action sequences, well acted, if a little thin on plot.

ok! great costumes no plot whatsoever could have been alot better

This movie reminded me of Braveheart, 300 etc. It was actually a lot better than I expected. Worth wtching
