I wanted to like this but it's basically just a clip show of 80 years of horror movies with some very superficial commentary. Not worth your time.

Tries to cover way too much in a limited time - and the result is a very superficial and not at all enlightening look at the history of American horror.

An interesting documentary. The runtime doesn't allow much depth of coverage - you could easily make a whole series about the subject matter.
