This movie is one of my all time favourite holiday classics. Tim Burton does a great job at imagining up a creative and brilliant world. The music adds to the atmosphere and makes the experience scarily joyous. Not for very young children.

Excellent animation and full of wonder. Although it is a bit short, The Nightmare Before Christmas is a great example of both a Halloween and Christmas movie and really shows off Burton's creative genius despite his not being in the director's chair.

I really enjoyed this film, however I am terribly biased when it comes to anything associated with Tim Burton. The animation is marvellous and Danny Elfman's music superb.
