This was a sweet enough story, demonstrating a guy with strong values, such as honour, honesty, and loyalty. Johnny spends most of the movie trying to stand by these values that are core to his personal code of honour. His uncle Terry is the exact opposite and has a complete lack of moral values. The movie focuses on Johnny's struggle to maintain his values and do the right thing by everyone in his life - from future parents-in-laws & current girlfriend, to his uncle, mother & Brooke, the new girl he meets on his weekend in New York. The film follows Johnny's journey as he learns to follow his dreams and do what matters most to him, instead of being solely a people-pleaser. A movie for those wanting a light bit of entertainment.
