Pretty good, great effects. Would have been a lot better as a tough and serious movie; the constant lame attempts at humour nearly sank this into the desert sands.

If this movie hadn't been made with a sense of humour it would have been a really bad B grade movie but the tongue in cheek acting really picks this up and makes for very funny viewing.

Still as brilliant as the first time I watched it at the movies. Great special effects and left me wanting more so I had to pop in The Mummy Returns.
