I had the album 'Seventh Sojourn' way back in the 70's and loved it. Thought I'd give this a go. I thought it was terrible! If this was them in their prime then they cheated in the studio! Very low tech video and a very uninspired performance, in my humble opinion. You win some - you lose some.

Vintage classic Moody Blues line-up play "live". Although the vocals are live, they sing over pre-recorded tapes which tends to take away from the performance. Ostensibly what must have been some kind of promotional date, the cinematography is ancient and rudimentary at best and the film quality is poor. For fans only.

Great to see the legendary orchestral-rock band in their prime, but some of the music seems to have been overdubbed later, presumably to conceal flaws in the orignal performance.

Those were the days! The Moody Blues at their best period, brilliant original compositions, great harmonies, interesting arrangements. But this video quality is perhaps more historical and nostalgic value for the fans rather than entertainment for today. The quality is a bit poor. But worse still is the dubbing of several of songs here. I would rather have listened to the original sound however bad in quality. The un-dubbed songs show just how good this band really was. If you are a fan do not miss it.
