Hey this is good! Genuine twists, great stunts, lots of suspense and a bumper storyline. Philip S-H is brilliant as the bad guy (now this guy can act!). A bittersweet reminder of how A-list Cruise actually was before he jumped the couch. Very recommended.

Decent action film. Never got much out of the first two but this was paced well enough with some pretty epic action sequences and flies along quick enough to never really outstay it's welcome. And Maggie Q is hot!

I find Tom Cruise to be a self conscious actor who seems to be saying "look at me" all the time. I don't like action films and this one was worse than others in the genre

This is one of THE BEST in its genre.
This movie has such BIG ideas right from the word go !
The "ride through the wind farm", "bridge" sequence & "swinging like batman" sequence are astounding, even on paper !
MI3 fulfills all the requirements of sustain adrenaline, plot twists and gigantic climaxes !
An advice : watch this in a good surround sound environment.

All this rubbish of comparing it with MI-1, MI-2 etc. Enjoy it for what is is,a very powerful non-stop action movie in the true Mission Impossible tradition. A great storyline and as usual an outstanding performance in this type of movie by Tom Cruise (whether you like him or not). Great cast - great action ! Watch it - and don't compare, just enjoy it ! Great movie.

This was a good third movie for the MIs. Not as good as the second but definitely better than the first. Kept you on the edge of your seat for bits of it. Cruise not as sexy in this one as in the second. I will buy this one to compliment the first two DVDs we already own.
