This one slipped us by in 1993 so it was an interesting watch with a much younger Baldwin, Bancroft

I forgot I have seen it before. A good yarn - but rather implausible. "Our Nic" is average - but Alec Baldwin is good. Maybe it is the time factor, does not have the kind of tautness you find in modern suspense thrillers.

The storyline of this thriller is so far fetched and the plot twists are a bit ridiculous, but it's all a lot of fun to watch. It's especially worth watching for Nicole Kidman's powerhouse performance!!

Another v. good movie that ended with a somewhat unexpected twist. Kidman's performance highly rated as usual. Despite being made over decade ago, movie hasn't dated. Well worth a close look.

Alec Baldwin & Nicole Kidman were great if not very nice people. But of course, "our Nic" would never do anything like that would she? Anne Bancroft played a stunning role as the alcoholic mother.

We enjoyed this one. Everytime you think you have it figured, there's another little twist in the plot. Good little thriller.
